Our tour guide, Francis, was very energetic. He was born in Singapore and has been a tour guide for 20 years! He guided us through Singapore's history and explained how Chinatown was the only natural attraction or place not built by modern man that is still standing today. He guided us through the mural paintings and souvenir shops, and he let us experience eating at the hawker center. Thank you, Klook, and thank you, Sir Francis! 🫡

We are from Taiwan, and our tour guide was a humorous elderly gentleman. We met at Nanyang Coffee, where he gave a brief introduction to Singapore's history before we started the tour. In just three hours, we learned a lot about the religious and cultural history, which I found to be very worthwhile.

Good tour to have for an extra knowledge on history and facts of Chinatown and Singapore in general. Our tourguide, Joyce, was exceptional at giving us some explanations on our questions. We had breakfast on our meet up place in Nanyang Old Coffee before the tour starts, which I find convenient.

Nuestro guía turístico Andros tenía muchos conocimientos y pudo adaptar el recorrido a nuestras necesidades y a la fuerte lluvia, y no sentimos que nos perdiéramos nada en absoluto. El ritmo es cómodo y definitivamente te hace ver Chinatown con otra luz, y añade mucho más contexto y te da una visión del pasado y de cómo llegaron a ser las cosas hoy. Imprescindible para cualquiera que se inspire en las historias :)

I heard good things about the tour but I couldn't go for it so I'm just going to let everyone know what happens if you have Covid (it seems to be a klook policy as well, you'd need an mc regardless of what MOH says). Was down with Covid and wrote in 5 days before the tour to ask if I could defer my tour. I sent in my art test result because (mild symptoms) protocol 2 under MOH guidelines allows companies to accept that in lieu of an MC. The company still required an MC, I wasn't going to drag myself out to see a doctor just for a tour company to consider my request. They did come back to me and gave me an option to defer my tour to the 25th but I need to top up money to join another tour. Again, not going to do that. So moral of the story: if you fall sick, you'd probably need to forgo the tour.

Due to a KLOOK communication error this time, our booking was for 2:00 PM, but you informed the guide to come in the morning, which was an unnecessary waste of the guide's time and energy! Our guide, Ms. Zhuo, was very knowledgeable about the local area. Under her guidance throughout the tour, we gained a solid understanding of Singapore's Chinatown district. She provided very detailed explanations and answered all our questions, making it a very pleasant trip! The only dissatisfaction is that similar tours in Singapore are overpriced, which lowered my rating from very satisfied to dissatisfied!

I booked a tour at the beginning of September. After payment was completed, the tour guide contacted me before the scheduled date because the group size was too small, and they wanted to cancel and refund the money. However, it's been a month, and there's still no sign of the refund.
