Easy redemption process at the counter, went around lunch time on a Sunday and there wasn't a queue. But if you arrive in the mid afternoon, can expect a long queue before entry. The indoor area is pretty large, and there will be many children especially during the weekends. It's great fun for the kids, and they will enjoy the slides, ball pits, train rides etc. 2 hours was just right for my kid. Will visit again next time.

I booked my ticket through Klook, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The process of booking was super easy, and I received my e-tickets instantly after payment. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to wait in line to buy tickets at the park. Just scanned the QR code at the entrance, and we were in! Will definitely use Klook again for my next adventure!

The price is reasonable and worth it because the place is very large, and there's a designated area for your baby stroller, lockers for your belongings, and a shoe rack.

This is the first Klook physical event I have attended. It may seem small, but the promo code is what truly matters. The savings are incredible. I hope there will be more such events, especially around the holidays.

Very big. Staff very nice. We went just a few days before Christmas and there were free Christmas wristbands for both my kids. If you go on a weekday, the 3-hour pass suddenly becomes an unlimited pass. Free one-time use locker too. The kids' meal is good too. On my daughter's actual birthday, there was a song and birthday dedication, as well as a free $4 stick balloon and sticker.

I visited with my 3-year-old son, and he had an amazing time! This Kidztopia was the most enjoyable and extensive one we've experienced so far. We paid $39.80 for a two-hour session, which covers one child and one adult. There were numerous entertaining areas perfectly suited for my child, and he was reluctant to leave even after two hours. We're definitely planning to return.

This is our first time in Kiztopia. My kids are in primary school now. They still find some areas fun, but I know it would be much more fun for them if they were younger. It is a good place to let the kids drain energy while adults take turn to stay with them and to shop.

Kiztopia is located on level 1 of Marina Square. Claiming the voucher was smooth and very easy. The playhouse is big with many options for your toddler to play at. Employees are everywhere to check on safety and to assist.
