The meeting point is easy to access. The staff is friendly. Sunglasses are available for purchase if needed. This is recommended. The attraction was also great. Although it is a high-thrill excursion, you will have the opportunity to admire the scenery. During the cold season, raincoats are provided. Our captain was friendly and funny. I will come back.

It was really fun! The check-in point is by the sea, the service was excellent, and the captain was very entertaining. It was genuinely a great experience, but the wind and sea in August were quite chilly. We wore thermal underwear underneath, and luckily, I had a windproof and waterproof jacket on top. My friend didn't, and he happened to be sitting on the very edge of the last row, so the seawater splashed in from behind and the side, and he got completely soaked; his clothes could be wrung out. Although I was also in the back row, I was in the middle, so the water splashed in from behind, but thankfully I had my windbreaker, and it was very cold. If you don't bring one, it's best to borrow from the shop. Even the captain quietly put on his jacket when he started to speed up, haha. You must wear sunglasses, and they need to be tight enough, because when going fast, your eyes will struggle to stay open due to the wind and sun. The park next to it is super beautiful and great for photos!

The staff were friendly on the day of the activity, the explanations were clear, the process was very exciting, the safety measures were excellent, and raincoats were provided. You might get a little wet, highly recommended! 👍🏻

Highly recommended, guys! The ride was thrilling and fun! Hayden, our jetboat rider, was really funny, entertaining, and friendly! I loved it! We felt welcome! The ride was awesome, I swear! It felt like a roller coaster ride but on water! We then took the helitour ride after the jetboat ride. It was truly a lifetime experience. Oh! Do bring along shades and apply sunblock too! We got wet too! Bring extra clothing if you intend to go on the helitour after the jetboat ride. Towels were provided at the helitour too. We will visit GC again! ♥️

Helikoptertour – Am Ende der Jetbootfahrt wurden wir am Helikopterlandeplatz für die Helikoptertour abgesetzt. Das war sehr praktisch. Aber das Personal am Empfang war etwas unhöflich und nicht sehr professionell. Sie beantworteten meine Fragen sehr widerwillig. Ein Helikopter kann nur drei Personen gleichzeitig befördern. Meine vierköpfige Familie wurde in zwei Gruppen aufgeteilt. Das war nicht sehr angenehm. Während des Fluges erwartete ich eine geführte Tour. Aber der Pilot war sehr ruhig. Er beantwortete meine Fragen nur mit ein oder zwei Wörtern, ganz im Gegensatz zu den gesprächigen Australiern, die ich sonst kenne. Insgesamt war es eine schöne Erfahrung. Ich würde es sehr empfehlen. Der Preis auf Klook ist günstiger als direkt vor Ort.

So exciting! So much fun! Steven, who was in charge of driving, was very humorous, constantly cracking jokes throughout the trip but still maintaining professionalism, performing different levels of stunts like 360-degree spins. On the way back, passengers who needed to take a helicopter were dropped off early. After getting completely soaked from the waist up, as soon as we got off the boat, the helicopter staff immediately provided towels, which was very thoughtful. From the helicopter, you can see the entire Gold Coast, which is super beautiful.

This is a MUST do activity for everyone, including kids. Do take the Jetboat + Helitour combo. Our Jetboat captain was super funny and made sure to ease the tension of anyone. We started of with simple ride before moving onto the fun ones. Many 360 turns and high speed tur ns. The tour provides free spray jackets for those who are concerned of getting wet. Lockers are provided. You can bring your phone onboard to record but better to have it secured in your hand. The combo provides frew photos and videos of the Jetboat activity, which was immediately sent to my email on the day itself. Do note the photo and video is only for Jetboat tour. If you take the Helitour, you will be dropped off at a Helipad. Prior to boarding the Jetboat, you will be given a waterproof bag to store your belongings as you will not be going back to the original location. Once at Helipad, you will return the watetproof bags and spray jackets. For the Helitour, a rep welcomed us. We proceeded to dry ourselves, not too much as the spray jackets are sufficient. Aftet storing our belongings, we headed to sign indemity forms. After a 10min safety brief, we were off into the helicopter. The captain shared with us the different places we saw from above. Even managed to see some sharks. Be sure not to bring selfie sticks into the helicopter as previous visitors used it and caused inconvenience to the captain. Overall, money well spent. From the Helipad, you can either take a taxi, uber, water ferry or public bus to go back to the Jetboat place or any other place.

Lots of signs near the meeting point, so the location is easy to find. Very considerate service. Lockers, waterproof jackets, and life jackets were provided. The ride progressively got more exciting.
