House of Seafood no The Punggol Settlement

This is my second time using a Klook voucher for the House of Seafood, and it's more cost-effective than other platforms. The chili crab is incredibly delicious, with plump crab meat and roe. This Punggol branch requires a bus transfer after taking the MRT.

This is my first visit and I came on a weekday. Ordered Fish Head Curry and Herbal Prawns, They were good! Staff were friendly and helpful. All our requests were promptly attended to. There is a robotic server moving around which made the children very excited. The restaurant is decently decorated with good ambience. Indoors and alfresco dining areas are available. Very comfortable to sit outdoors in the evenings. Surrounding was serene and there was a chill vibe by the seaside. Will return for another visit to try the famous pepper crabs as well as other popular items!

The food is okay. I dined during lunchtime, and because there weren't many people, the air conditioning wasn't utilized much. In my opinion, it was quite stuffy.

Redemption is fast and easy. Just need to show the staff the QR code for scanning. Food portion is good and was served pretty quickly. Quite expensive if didn't use voucher but with the voucher it is worth it. Will be back again thanks to the good deal from Klook!

We specifically came to eat Singapore's famous Chili Crab, Cereal Prawns, and drink coconut water. Overall, the flavors were great and the portions were generous. Using the Klook voucher and paying the difference made it a good deal.

Only one staff member is familiar with the Klook voucher. Redemption was quite hassle-free once the staff understood that I was going to use the cash voucher for my meal. The food is okay. The signature pork ribs are good. The rest of the dishes are average, a little bland.
