This was a bucket list item for me, and it did not disappoint. Guides were experienced and fantastic. The seafood was really fresh (especially the sea urchin and abalones that one of the guides dived into the ocean for). Oysters, lobsters, salmon, freshly-caught sea urchins and abalones accompanied by both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There was also a salad featuring different types of cheeses, smoked salmon, fried salmon, blueberries and raspberries. I even got an abalone shell as a souvenir. Highly recommend that you do this at least once in your lifetime.

Our guides Sam and Liam are extremely caring and professional throughout the whole journey. Sam went into the water to catch fresh sea urchin and abalone for us. The ways they cooked the seafood were amazing and allowed us to taste both the original flavors and the seasoned flavors. We had unlimited drinks, lots of oysters, bluefin tuna, squid, lobster, sea urchin, and abalone. Lots of fun and highly recommended to everyone!

Hugh and Zoe were awesome guides! Hugh caught so many abalones and sea urchins within what seemed like just 15 minutes, while Zoe was fantastic at preparing the seafood and sharing information about sustainable fishing in Tasmania. Hugh was also an absolute master chef, cooking up a storm on board once he was done fishing. It was a lovely and unforgettable experience; the food was amazing, and there were such positive and happy vibes all around. Highly recommended!

Wonderful tour! Both Huw and Jordan were professional guides throughout the trip. Thanks for the specially arranged sugar-free drink as I requested. The fresh seafood, both sashimi and cooked, was very delicious and tasty. Although it rained, we still saw a rainbow 🌈. Previously, I felt indifferent about sea urchin, but after trying it fresh, caught directly from the sea, there's no going back. The pre-trip communication via phone/email also showed their professionalism and attentive follow-up! Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Extremely satisfied! Pennicott's tour can be described as a national treasure of Tasmania. The itinerary content is very exclusive, and the service is top-notch. There was an endless supply of drinks and food on the seafood cruise! As soon as we boarded, there was champagne, followed by a cheese and fruit platter, and an abundance of oysters! Two guides were present: one prepared sashimi, while the other began diving to hunt for our fresh ingredients. During this time, they introduced Tasmania's fishing restrictions and regulations. The ingredients included salmon, sea urchin sashimi, two ways to enjoy lobster, and two ways to enjoy abalone, allowing us to understand how Australians prepare seafood.

Lucky we had good weather and managed to see a few wildlife. Seafood was fresh and tasty, little disappointed we didnt get to eat salmon but we had a wide variety of other seafood. Loved the fish. Guides were really friendly and helpful, and explained everything well. Comfortable trip and very interesting

Un des meilleurs circuits à faire en Tasmanie. L'équipage est super sympa. Excellente nourriture et bonne ambiance animée par les membres de l'équipage, de sorte que les 7 heures n'ont pas semblé aussi longues que prévu. Recommandé à 100 %. Bonne nourriture, belle vue, bonne humeur.

導遊非常親切友善，首先會觀賞周圍嘅景色，當日見到海獅！到達指定地點後到遊會親自free dive撈大量海鮮，例如海膽和鮑魚。生蠔亦有分生食同熟食，導遊整得好好食，用白酒煮生蠔真係Perfect。酒水任飲，飲到你唔想飲。下次都會再想參加!
