Avaliações
Thank you for organizing our tour so well and taking care of all the aspects of a fun vacation. You were extremely professional and well behaved in your services which made our trip an absolute success.
Highly recommend this trip especially for Arima Onsen! Because our main purpose is for our little girl to experience snow, we chose the Mt Rokko plus Arima Onsen option. 3 hours at the snow park is a little rushed, but perhaps it will be better if you go in snow boots and a waterproof coat so that you don't waste so much time choosing and changing. We barely had time for a meal, so we chose to take away our curry rice from the meal house. Arima Onsen is such a beauty; do go exploring the village for their steam bun, their famous thin biscuits, fried beef patty, and gelato. You can also bring a towel because there's an area where you can soak your feet for free in the onsen water. There's also a toy museum which we didn't get to explore, however.
Rokkosan Sniw Park'a gitmek çok eğlenceliydi. Bu tura katılarak Namba'dan doğrudan oraya ulaşmak çok uygun. Öğle yemeği de dahil. Hepimiz orada harika zaman geçirdik.
The tour guide was excellent, a Japanese person who communicated with us in English throughout the trip. Check-in started at 8 AM, and you won't miss the central spot on the 1st floor; you can also ask the convenience store staff, who are super helpful. We departed promptly at 8:30 AM. After arriving and renting equipment, we could immediately go and play in the snow. Although it was artificial snow, it was still fantastic! The 1000 yen meal voucher could be used at the restaurant. We took the bus at 12:30 PM. Since we were just playing and not skiing, the timing felt just right. If you plan to ski, you might find the time insufficient, as you'd also need to rent and put on equipment. We arrived at Arima Onsen a little after 1 PM and stayed for almost 4 hours, which felt a bit long. I think it would be better to extend the time at Mount Rokko. For the last hour, after we had finished exploring, we just sat outside the onsen waiting for the bus. We arrived at Namba Station at 6 PM and then dispersed for dinner.
on time, nice and polite service, very recomended trip for family, couple even a single person
This trip offers two packages: one involves staying at the snow park for the entire day, while the other includes a visit to Arima Onsen after spending some time at the snow park. If you wish to ski, please choose the ski package. The itinerary that includes Arima Onsen will not provide enough time for skiing, as most of the time will be spent on purchasing tickets and trying on ski outfits, which can take approximately two hours (depending on the ticket queue). The snow park has restaurants where you can use vouchers for redemption. In our case, both packages use the same bus. If there are more participants, there might be two buses allocated for these two itineraries.
It took a while to find the meeting point, the OCAT building is very large, and the tour guide was excellent. We bought a ski and hot spring package, but in the end, we didn't have enough time for the hot spring. With children, changing into ski clothes and playing in the snow for only 1 or 2 hours isn't enough; a whole day would be more enjoyable. Full sets of ski gear, including snow sleds, can be rented directly on-site. If you want to eat lunch at the restaurant, you'll have to queue. If you need to gather for the hot spring around 12 o'clock, there definitely won't be enough time. The lunch voucher allows you to pick up your meal directly at the counter without queuing at the vending machine, but lunch is very simple, with no main meat dishes, only curry rice (spicy/non-spicy), ramen, and fries available. Other items require additional payment. The children really enjoyed the skiing activity.
It's convenient not having to transfer yourself, and the children can also nap and rest in the car. The ski resort restaurant was too crowded, and the children said they'd rather play in the snow a bit longer than wait in line, so we decided to have lunch in Arima, which was delicious. We had a full day of fun.
If you're participating in the ski + Arima Onsen package, just rent a snow sled at the ski resort. Please do not rent a snowboard or skis, as you won't have enough time, and after sliding down, you won't be able to go back up without a lift ticket.
It was my first time taking my kids to Rokko Snow Park. There's an area for playing with snow tubes and building snowmen, and another side with ski slopes of varying gradients. I even had time to join a ski school course to learn basic skiing techniques. Highly recommended!
