Even though I purchased the lower deck, there's still a chance to be upgraded to the upper deck if there's availability. That was super nice of them. The afternoon tea was standard, so I don't have much to complain about. The window needed to be wiped down, though, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, and even gave us a souvenir to take home.

It was really good and for us it was quite peaceful as we chose the lower deck at a session where there was no one else there, better for my dad as he had motion sickness😅overall great experience with friendly guides :)

This tour is a great value because you can efficiently see London's sights in a short amount of time and enjoy afternoon tea. The sightseeing spots are only seen from a distance, so if you want to see them thoroughly, it's best to visit them directly. However, I think this is a good tour for those who have difficulty walking long distances for extended periods, the elderly, or those with limited time. The afternoon tea was also delicious. You get a take-home box, so you don't have to force yourself to eat everything. It's quite filling.

If you're looking to see London's signature places in one go, then this is a great option. Food-wise, it's a little bit on the sweeter side, but overall the vibe and service were okay. :)

Service was great! Our attendant was very nice and because there was only one other group on our tour, he was very attentive and we even received a free take-home tea tumbler. The negatives, however, don't really justify the price. The food was mediocre and most definitely came from a grocery store, so all desserts, sandwiches, and scones were painfully average, and the tea itself was just your standard tea bag tea. The actual tour itself isn't much of a tour as it is a cruise around London's sights. You will be unable to see a good chunk of the sites due to the shape of the window, even from the second level, and the announcements when passing by are a prerecorded audio that sounds eerily similar to a loudspeaker at an airport. That is to say, almost impossible to make out. If you're not signing up for the food or tour but instead just wanting to quickly take in the sights of London while on vacation, then I'd say go for it!

Wonderful ride, my family truly enjoyed the food and drinks, as well as the views along the bus route.

This tour is perfect for tourists who just want to relax, enjoy afternoon tea, and take in the scenery. The food is also decent, not bad at all. It's a great experience when visiting London.
