Ordering was intuitive and convenient. The original Chinese tour I booked was canceled due to insufficient numbers, but the travel agency (MAX TOUR) notified me in advance and responded promptly when I reconfirmed, which put my mind at ease and gave me time to make alternative arrangements. Later, I booked the same itinerary, just changing from a Chinese tour to an English tour. This travel agency (MAX TOUR) is very well-organized; they sent out detailed pick-up and meeting point information the day before the activity. They were punctual, polite, and well-prepared with supplies. Chad, our guide and driver, meticulously looked after every group member, drove smoothly and safely, and explained and introduced attractions along the way. He was professional and humorous (although my English isn't great, the atmosphere in the car was relaxed with frequent laughter, so I could still get a sense of it). Time management was excellent; he also made sure to schedule stops for everyone to stretch, rest, and use the restroom. After the activity, group members were dropped off at their hotels one by one. The trip was very comfortable.

A nice tour operated by Max Tour, our guide Celeste is friendly and gives us a lot of information regarding the tour, eating places and many more. Snacks and water are provided throughout the tour.

Overall it was great! We got to see 3 spots and 1 bonus spot (if there’s time). The bus was also not crowded - maybe just about 13 people including the tour guide. Chad, the tour guide, was very informative and made us feel safe and excited. Truly there was unli snacks and water. Wish the grand canyon view was the north/south but the west view was still a good one.

La recogida fue puntual, Brian es un guía turístico excelente, ayudó a todos a tomar buenas fotos en cada parada y nos explicó muchas cosas. ¡Ofrecen bebidas desde agua potable hasta refrescos o café y aperitivos que puedes llevar para picar por el camino! Definitivamente vale la pena reservar y es eficiente en tiempo si quieres visitar varias ubicaciones en poco tiempo.

The tour felt like a small private group of 14 people, with the guide also acting as the driver. Overall, it was an enjoyable tour as the guide took great care of us, provided historical information about the places we passed, and took beautiful photos for us! An added bonus was the unlimited water, drinks (like bottled coffee, juice, etc.), and snacks!

It was the best experience! My tour guide was Tran. He knew the best spots for photos and took many for me! He also gave a lot of explanations and was very interesting. As for the tour itself, an email arrived the day before with the pick-up time at the hotel. In our case, the pick-up was at 6:30. Although Japanese is not supported, I think it's fine if you can speak a little English. There were plenty of snacks and water, which was very helpful! I really enjoyed it! Highly recommended 🤍

Our tour guide, Phill, is a friendly and humorous guy. We were highly entertained during the long drive. Thanks, Phill, for the food recommendations and for including the bonus stops! The tour van is big, clean, and comfortable. Unlimited snacks and chilled drinks (not just water) are provided. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel, which was convenient. Highly recommend this activity to everyone!

This day tour is nothing short of amazing! Our tour guide and driver Chad is very friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, professional and drives safely. The amount of snacks and drinks provided to us were plenty and lasted us, the whole group, the whole day with some to spare and Chad gladly offered some of it for us to take home!

Ayer tuvimos una experiencia increíble en nuestro tour al Gran Cañón. A todo el grupo nos encantó, y gran parte de eso fue gracias a nuestro guía, Bobby. Siempre estuvo súper atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Se nota muchísimo que disfruta su trabajo y que le gusta hacer que sus visitantes pasen un buen momento. El camión era muy cómodo y tenía bastante espacio, y que el grupo fuera pequeño hizo que la experiencia fuera todavía mejor. También nos encantaron las dinámicas para las fotos y todas las cosas divertidas que Bobby hacía durante el camino para mantenernos entretenidos y hacer que el trayecto fuera tan agradable como el destino. ¡Recomiendo muchísimo este tour, y especialmente a Bobby! ¡Gracias por una experiencia tan increíble! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Guide was amazing! Played all the music I listened to in the van and since he saw I was a solo traveler, he helped to take some great pictures for me and also brought me to a nice photo spot after we saw the Joshua Trees. Didn't even realise that seeing Joshua Trees was part of the tour itinerary! We also had ample time at the multiple locations on the tour and got to the Seven Magic Mountains before the crowd, which is great so you have the place to yourself and can get in some good pictures. Definitely recommend this fuss-free tour as it covers all the spots you want to see in a single trip.
