Kiosk - easy to find as long as you read the instructions from Klook properly. Staff - helpful to explain and reminds that with a prepaid number, you cannot access certain services that require OTP verification.

Once you pass customs, the counter is very easy to find. Just show your QR code and the staff will assist you with changing the SIM card and settings, and you can use it immediately. The internet speed in the city was very good, but near Olympic Hall, close to concert time, I lost connection. I'm not sure if it was due to too many people or interference at the concert venue.

Upon exiting customs, I immediately saw the counter and exchanged my voucher very smoothly. I then used this SIM card and TMoney, which allowed me to use the internet and take the subway without any issues. I subsequently arrived safely at my destination.

It was super easy to redeem the SIM card at the airport. The staff was super friendly and helpful to help us inserting the new sim. She could speak English so well. The 5G network was stable and worked well everywhere I went in S. Korea.
