Raj de Hibiscus Tour llegó a tiempo para recogernos y me sorprendió saber que teníamos una furgoneta/tour privado por delante. Fue amable y simpático, y siempre entretuvo a mi padre, que es muy hablador. Reorganizó el itinerario para que primero fuéramos a las afueras, a la fábrica de peltre y a las cuevas de Batu. Luego almorzamos y continuamos el recorrido por la ciudad visitando todos los demás puntos del itinerario. Nunca nos sentimos apurados y también nos dieron la oportunidad de tomar fotos incluso en los lugares por los que pasábamos en coche. Por el camino, nos dio fragmentos de información interesante sobre Kuala Lumpur y también nos presentó varios lugares. En este tipo de tours siempre hay algunas "tiendas de compras", pero nunca nos presionaron para comprar. Tuvimos algo de tiempo al final y Raj nos ayudó con una tarea personal y también nos dejó en un centro comercial. Mis parientes, mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho del tour y eso no hubiera sido posible sin Raj :)

Highly recommended tour! We visited many beautiful places. The tour was special and private. Our tour guide, Nantha, made it even more special. He is very helpful, kind, and thoughtful. He even bought a cake for my mom when he heard we were celebrating her birthday. He goes above and beyond, and kudos to his work. He is very knowledgeable and kind, and we learned a lot from the tour because of him. He made me feel that Malaysia is truly a beautiful country, which is why I will definitely go back and book him again.

Mr. Mani exceeded our expectations as a driver and tour guide during our recent trip to Malaysia. Flexibility and Accommodating: He patiently waited for our rescheduled flight, ensuring our tour could still commence smoothly despite the delay. To maximize our time, he cleverly integrated breakfast into our travel schedule, allowing us to enjoy a meal while on the move. Personalized Experience: Mani introduced us to the delights of Malaysian cuisine, taking us to Wajon, a local restaurant, where we savored the best meal of the trip (though perhaps a bit too much, judging by our tight pants afterward!(laugh)). Efficient and Adjusted Itinerary: Recognizing our time constraints, he skillfully adjusted our itinerary to include points of interest along our main travel routes. Going the Extra Mile: Mani went above and beyond, extending our tour significantly to accommodate our full itinerary. He even assisted us in acquiring our bus tickets back to Singapore. Knowledgeable and Engaging: Throughout the journey, Mani provided insightful commentary on the areas and buildings we passed, enriching our understanding of the local culture. Beyond his professional qualities, Mani's genuine pride in his son, evident in his phone wallpaper, added a personal touch to our experience. He shared a heartwarming anecdote about his son's achievement in traditional attire, showcasing his warm and proud personality. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Mani's services. His professionalism, flexibility, and genuine warmth made our Malaysian adventure truly memorable. I highly recommend Mani to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and accommodating driver/tour guide for their Malaysian travels.

We are a group of 5 with my elderly sisters-in-law, but we enjoyed the tour with our English-speaking tour guide, Mr. Lee, who was very accommodating in helping my in-laws who had a hard time walking/getting in and out of the van. He even requested a wheelchair at one of the tour destinations. He was not rushing us but advising us to take our time.

We had a wonderful tour in KL City, with the highlight of the tour at Batu Cave. As we were a small group, they picked us up in an MPV, and it became an exclusive tour for us! Mathan, our guide, was friendly and patient. We had casual conversations along the way, besides learning more about KL. Lunch was simple but decent. We had a great meal and weren't rushed before we proceeded with the other half of the itinerary. If you have a day to spare in KL and want to know about KL, you can try this package.

A complete and interesting tour that touches on the main points of Kuala Lumpur. Especially useful if you have just arrived and want to get an idea of the city. Our guide was Mr. Mani, a friendly and knowledgeable person who gave us a lot of interesting information about the places and monuments we visited. An interesting part of this tour is also the Batik shop where we were able to try this very unique painting technique. Lunch is also a strong point of this tour. We were able to taste several dishes, all very flavorful.

The van picked us up at the hotel. At first, the tour guide couldn't find us because there were many vans parked there, but luckily I found the right one. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. The tour guide and driver were kind, and there was plenty of food for lunch.

Driver initiated communication and picked up from the hotel was on time. Destinations were worth the visit. The lunch was so good! We almost had the vehicle to ourselves joined by a half day tour family. Sadly it rained so hard when we went to batu caves which was originally the first stop for full day tour.
