Taitung | Experiência de Canyoning Secreta no Córrego Sangshu

Sangshu Creek is a hidden gem in Taitung, boasting crystal-clear waters and rich scenery. Drifting through the valley, you can look up to see a lush, verdant '一线天' (a narrow gorge resembling a line in the sky). When river tracing here, you can enjoy multiple jumping spots, refreshing lazy river floats, and swimming in natural waterfall pools, freeing your mind from constraints. This route is perfect for beginners to experience the thrill of going against the current and embracing the natural wonders. Our coaches will also provide excellent assistance and encouragement!

孩子們第一次溯溪，很棒的一次體驗，孩子們很喜歡、也很開心。體驗大自然，看見大自然的美麗、力量跟神秘，真的很值得。

River tracing was so much fun! The weather was great, and the coach was very professional, friendly, and humorous! They were also excellent at taking photos and videos; every shot looked so natural. Under the coach's guidance, we climbed steep rocks and saw the beauty of Sangshu Stream, with its crystal-clear water! It was truly beautiful! After the activity, there was also delicious indigenous cuisine to enjoy. This time we experienced a half-day tour, and next time I'd like to try a full-day experience.

I seriously recommend that those with poor physical fitness do not participate! I was so tired I almost fell apart 🤣, but it was really fun and exciting. River tracing, rock climbing, cliff jumping, sliding, backflowing, and going through caves – it had it all, definitely worth the trip! Coach Hu is not only familiar with the terrain and highly skilled, but also very kind and patient. He encouraged and supported those falling behind, letting those in front take more photos or jump into the water a few more times 🤣. His photography skills are excellent! He captured the perfect moment for cliff jumping! Even I, who was airborne for less than a second, got a jumping photo 🤣. The photos were provided the next day, very promptly and accurately. Lunch was like a fern and lotus leaf rice, plus noodles cooked with shrimp caught fresh from the stream – fresh, delicious, and fun. However, river tracing is indeed a relatively high-risk activity among water experiences for beginner tourists. Even with complete protective gear, non-slip cloth helmets, and non-slip shoes, it's hard to guarantee a stable footing. One of our fitter friends unfortunately stepped on a protruding rock in the stream and got injured. The coach actively contacted and comforted them, and asked the insurance agent to get in touch. He is a serious, responsible, and good coach with an excellent attitude 👍

There were too many people that day, about 20+, which led to a lot of time spent waiting for others to go first, so the quality was a bit lower. However, the coach explained that it was due to rescheduled and postponed sessions clashing, causing the large crowd, and that it's not usually like that. But overall, it was still great. The coach was professional and humorous, and there was constant laughter throughout the entire trip. It was a wonderful first experience! I will definitely visit again.

The activity was a lot of fun, and the coach was very friendly and professional. I recommend it to friends visiting Taitung. There are also snacks to enjoy afterwards.

很好玩，一開始會先講解桑溯溪歷史以及原住民文化，會從最下面往上溯溪，教練會幫忙拍照錄影，大自然真的很漂亮，會有飛簷走壁、跳水跟滑水道可以玩🤣玩完會稍微有瘀青有些刮傷，隔天起來肌肉酸痛，這次玩半日溯溪體力就差不多了，中午去烤烤火取暖吃好吃的「阿粨」，體力一般般的建議玩半日就好，體力好再去玩全日！

We had to gather at the designated location at 8 AM, and then the coach led us deep into the mountains. They provided wetsuits, shoes, life jackets, and anti-chafing pads to wear around the waist. Since I considered myself not very fit, I opted for the half-day experience. I found it quite tiring, but it was a unique experience. I especially want to thank Coach An An for their care and encouragement. Because there was rope climbing and walking while holding onto rocks, I accidentally scraped my hand, and a family member with me also bumped their knee. I suggest that equipment like gloves and knee pads be added in the future, or that participants bring their own.

教練人超專業，又很NICE，行前除了介紹歷史，還會提醒要注意安全，裝備也都很齊全。

在地部落的教練讓人很放心，教練會依照學員過往經驗調整溯溪步調，整個過程很像朋友一同出遊一樣，還會協助拍照！下次還想挑戰整天行程！
