We chose a 15-minute herbal bath and 60-minute body massage in a private room with a calm ambiance. The front desk staff were politely welcoming, and the therapist provided an enthusiastic massage. Complimentary tea and dessert were served before and after the massage.

I had such a wonderful and relaxing experience! I chose the Body Detox package, which included an herbal bath and a massage. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, and the herbal bath felt so amazing that I barely wanted to get out! It was the perfect way to unwind and end my time in Sapa before heading back to Hanoi. Definitely a great experience!

The atmosphere was tranquil and cozy. They welcomed us with cookies, yogurt, and tea before and after the treatment. The only downsides were that the room became stuffy, hot, and poorly ventilated, especially after the herbal bath and body massage, and there was a communication barrier with the masseuse.

I came with my child and we had a wonderful, relaxing time! I feel completely refreshed and my child loved it too ^^

Going there after the sleeper train journey and climbing Fansipan meant my feet and legs were secretly exhausted, but the reception was attentive and the masseuses just melted both my mom and me! My legs and feet felt so refreshed that I kept dozing off during the massage🤣 Out of all the places I got massages in both Sapa and Hanoi, this was by far my favorite! I definitely want to come back here next time I visit!

I made the reservation through Klook. Since you need to book at the massage shop 3 hours in advance, I recommend keeping that in mind when booking. Overall ratings: Facilities 5, Service 5, Massage 5, Overall Satisfaction 4.5 (It took some time from selecting the time on Klook until the massage shop finally confirmed the reservation. Since it wasn't being confirmed, I went directly to the massage shop to check the reservation details and got final confirmation). Before the massage starts, they serve simple ginger tea and snacks, and after the massage, they serve yogurt and dried fruit. The most important part—the massage: I got a body massage (with oil) for 90 minutes. Time flew by and I had a wonderfully relaxing nap. 💆‍♂️👍

Friendly consultation and service~ Being able to use the shower facilities was very useful before taking the sleeping bus. The massage was also very good. During my stay in Sapa for two days, I had a 90-minute stone massage and a 120-minute herbal massage. Although there was a difference in the therapists' skills, I liked both types.
