Price: We spent about £89 for two people. The same meal at The Larch restaurant costs only £29.5 per person if booked directly, but £44.5 on Klook, which is £15 more expensive. This is a rip-off. I recommend booking directly on the official website. The food is also not worth the price. Facilities: The description did not clearly state that the restaurant is located on the ground floor outside. It only provided photos of the Sky Garden, misleading consumers into thinking the restaurant is on the top floor. Experience: The outdoor platform of the Sky Garden is closed after 6 PM, so there's no view to see if you go up after dinner. We also encountered an event that had booked the venue, so we could only see a small corner of the view, which was very disappointing. Service: The restaurant receptionist and our server, Leila, were very friendly and provided excellent service. It seems to depend on which server you get! Overall, it's not worth spending extra money to book this. You can get free tickets to the Sky Garden directly from their official website! Essentially, you're just paying for dinner, and it's £15 more expensive than booking directly with the restaurant. It's a complete rip-off and feels like a scam for small spenders.

First of all, it was very misleading; I thought it was located in Sky Garden itself, but it was a restaurant on the ground floor outside the building. When I arrived, the hostess named Chelsea was unfriendly and didn't smile at me. It was a two-course meal, and I politely asked the same lady if she could give me balsamic vinegar and olive oil. She came back after a long wait with only vinegar, saying her colleague would come, but no one did. So I asked again, and she rudely came back to put down the olive oil. Secondly, I waited too long for my pizza, almost 50 minutes! So I followed up, and it came. After I finished, I asked for my dessert, and another waiter came back to bring the bill, which I hadn't even asked for yet! Dessert arrived, then another waiter brought the machine while I was waiting – how rude was that? The last scenario was when their POS machine didn't have a signal, so I had to wait even longer, and I needed to go as I wanted to see the sunset in Sky Garden. It was a bad experience.

The booking was easy and the service very good. The restaurant staff were kind, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food excellent: a starter with bruschetta and cured ham, fresh Genoese pesto tagliolini, and a pizza, all excellent. The subsequent entry to the Sky Garden was quick.

Ambiance at The Larch was nice & pleasant. overall the entire package was not worth the time & money. food was depressing and definitely not worth the money. experience at the sky garden was extremely overrated. view was beautiful but unable to catch them on camera because the glass of the building was dirty. overall experience was pretty disappointing. the place was dirty with spilled drinks on the floor. you would be better off just booking the experience free online and skip the dining experience altogether. perhaps a place to have a picnic on your own and good place to hang with the family if you have time at hand. otherwise, like the London eye, can skip it.

The dinner was very rich, and the food quality was acceptable. After eating, you can go to the Sky Garden to watch the sunset, which is a good choice, as there are no free bookings to enter the Sky Garden at night.

easy booking on Klook: The QR code was accepted everywhere and the booking was quick and hassle-free Experience: The food was delicious, the waiters were attentive and explained everything. After the meal (there's no time pressure), you simply went over to the Sky Garden and presented the QR code there as well. Price: Already a bit expensive, drinks still have to be paid for separately afterwards, but the Sky Garden is worth it
