The theme park is quite close to the city, about a 40-minute drive. We were in a shared car, and the driver picked us up first. Then, when picking up from the hotel next door, we waited for over 20 minutes because the people didn't show up, so we eventually left. There were only four of us in the car, and the roads in Kuala Lumpur are very bumpy. After arriving at the park, the driver sent us the admission tickets. They checked our bags at the entrance for cooked food. The driver was scheduled to pick us up at 5 PM at the entrance. The whole trip was quite convenient, and the park was fun. It's mainly for water activities, and you can also see animals. There are fewer land-based rides, making it quite suitable for family trips. However, it's more convenient to contact them via WhatsApp, as they generally don't use Line for communication.

Highly recommended. The driver was on time, and the journey to Sunway Lagoon was smooth. We entered the park directly using the vouchers from the driver. The waterpark was so much fun that we spent our entire day there without going anywhere else.

I purchased my Sunway Lagoon tickets through Klook with transport included, and it came with a discount—such a great deal! Redeeming the tickets at the counter was very easy and hassle-free. I bought 9 tickets (7 adults, 2 children) along with 6 Quack Express passes, and we had an amazing time. The experience at Sunway Lagoon was really fun and enjoyable for everyone.
This was my second time using the Klook app here, and once again, it did not disappoint. Highly recommend both Klook and Sunway Lagoon for a fantastic day out!

The company sends a WhatsApp message one day in advance to notify us of the next day's meeting time, and they are very punctual. On that day, we were the only group, so the driver told us that if we wanted to leave the park "early," we could also send them a message, and they would pick us up earlier (the scheduled return time from the park entrance was 17:00). The park is very large and also has a zoo. On weekdays, you generally don't need a fast pass, and the wait for each ride is no more than 10 minutes. The only downside to this itinerary is that it cannot be canceled for free after booking, which lacks flexibility.

It's worth visiting at least once. It's not bad, but it's not incredibly amazing either. The wave pool schedule is really awkward. It closes at 6 PM, but the wave pool only operates for one hour a day, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Since the driver told us to come out at 5 PM, we only got a quick taste of the wave pool before rushing out. Anyway, if we had stayed for the full hour, the showers and changing rooms would probably have been too crowded, with no space to put our belongings. I wish the wave pool would operate multiple times a day, at least. Water parks in Korea are much better, but since this country is summer all year round, the advantage is that you don't have to wait in long lines like in Korea.
