If you are worried about meeting point, in my experience the van came a little bit later than 4:30. Just look for a minivan with Panda Travel livery or anyone with the Panda Travel uniform as they might be your tour guides. The tour was pretty straightforward, not much explanation about the places but the guides shared pretty good tips to wander around. Kudos to Nurtas and Rustam who were pretty friendly and made such good company for the day. Overall good experience. Tips: Suggest to prepare at least 15k-20k kzt for food and others, and if you also want to use taxi or ride a horse (cash only!)

The day tour was super well organized and absolutely worth it. We visited the breathtaking Kolsai Lake, Kaindy Lake, and Charyn Canyon, every place looked unreal in person. It was definitely an eventful day with lots of walking and adventure, but completely worth it for the views and experience. Huge shoutout to our guide Rustam who kept the energy high throughout the trip and made the whole experience even more fun and smooth. Highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting Kazakhstan!

Amani war fantastisch – freundlich, zugänglich und hat die Tour angenehm gestaltet! Da es meine erste Solo-Reise war, hatte ich während der langen Fahrt/des Fluges ein wenig Reiseangst. Obwohl es eher Angst als Übelkeit war, wusste ich es sehr zu schätzen, dass sie half, indem sie die anderen Touristen fragte, ob wir die Plätze tauschen könnten. Diese kleine Geste bedeutete mir viel und sorgte dafür, dass ich mich wohler fühlte. Insgesamt hatte ich eine wundervolle Erfahrung. Die Rückfahrt fühlte sich für mein Empfinden etwas schnell an, aber alles andere war gut organisiert und angenehm. Vielen Dank, Panda Travel und Amani, dass ihr meine erste Reise nach Kasachstan zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht habt! Ich würde definitiv wieder bei euch buchen.
