After booking, O2 staff will directly email you a reminder to get in touch. You won't need to show any additional confirmation emails or anything similar upon arrival. The experience is quite unique, with almost no danger, though the very beginning and end require a bit of physical effort. We originally didn't book the sunset slot (we booked for 2:30 pm), but due to traffic, we were over ten minutes late and were told that if we wanted to continue, we'd have to pay an extra £5 per person to switch to the sunset tour. It was a minor inconvenience, but there was no way we weren't going to do it, and it turned out the sunset view from up there was beautiful.

Es ist absolut fantastisch. Die Erfahrung hat Spaß gemacht und ich habe den Aufstieg und die Aussicht auf East London wirklich genossen. Es liegt auch in der Nähe der Seilbahn und man kann sie direkt nach dem O2-Aufstieg nehmen.

The coach was enthusiastic ❤️‍🔥. Going up in the evening was beautiful, as for the weather, it depends on luck~ Jackets, shoes, and gloves are provided on-site, so there's no need to worry too much about what to wear. Overall, it was safe and fun.

It was a decent but fun climb. We were supposed to catch the sunset views but it got pretty dark quickly. The views were not too bad. Great experience with your loved ones.
