Avaliações
Grand Canyon is amazing nature created by God, it's a really fantastic view. Our driver Kenny is very helpful to all passengers, and Brandon, our tour guide, really loves his work as he knows everything about Grand Canyon. He helps us take pictures and suggests places where to get a nice shot. He is very knowledgeable, and you can understand what he is saying. I will recommend this tour, and we'll be back again to Grand Canyon on the other side. Hoover Dam is also a nice one. Thank you, Klook.
The bus was on time and the transfer was very smooth. Our driver, Kenny, was very helpful, and Brandon, our tour guide, was knowledgeable; he knew everything about the Grand Canyon. He is a very good tour guide. The Grand Canyon itself is an amazing place. We recommend this tour. Thank you, Klook.
The tour is really worth it. The driver, Kenny, is very friendly, and Brandon, our tour guide, is very nice and informative. He also helped us take pictures. The Grand Canyon is truly fantastic with breathtaking views. We were really amazed by how beautiful the Grand Canyon is. I will recommend this tour package. Thank you, Klook, for this tour.
Board the bus at 5:00 AM sharp at the Excalibur Hotel. You will transfer to another vehicle at a different location, and then the journey begins! Along the way, there will be a stop at the "Last Stop" gas station (meaning the last stop before Vegas) where you can stretch your legs and buy breakfast. The souvenirs there are quite interesting! Next, we'll arrive at the Kingman Route 66 souvenir shop, where you can buy some mementos! Then, there will be another stop where the tour guide will pick up everyone's lunch. Lunch is plentiful: a sandwich + potato chips + chocolate chip cookie + apple + a bottle of water. After that, we'll reach the Grand Canyon, where you'll have 2.5-3 hours to hike to the Angel Souvenir Shop. If you can't walk, you can stay on the bus, and the guide will drive you to the end point to wait for everyone. However, you will miss the beautiful scenery on the hiking trail, the Hopi House souvenir shop, and the less crowded Grand Canyon photo spots. It's recommended to walk if you can, but be mindful of the time! That's all! I tipped the driver $5 and the guide $10; you can decide for yourself. There is no Chinese-speaking guide, so it's better if you can understand basic English instructions.
Initially, I chose to stay at the Excalibur Hotel because of the tour's pickup location. On the day of the tour, the driver arrived promptly at 4:50 AM (we were notified via email the day before) and took us to the Treasure Island Hotel, where we transferred to the vehicle shown in the photo. Water provided on the bus was essentially unlimited, and there was still plenty left at the end of the tour. Lunch included a chicken sandwich, an apple, a small bag of chips, a bottle of water, and a pack of two sweet cookies. For the Grand Canyon South Rim itinerary, you can choose to hike from point A to point B, or simply take the bus from point A to point B without hiking. I highly recommend choosing to hike yourself, as the scenery in the first section from A to B is incredibly beautiful. We had three hours for this hike, but if you stop to take photos at every scenic spot along the way, the time might not be quite enough. Additionally, only by hiking can you visit the Grand Canyon Museum located in the middle of the trail, where the exhibits offer a deeper understanding of the Grand Canyon. During the bus journey to and from the Grand Canyon, the guide made sure to stop at designated rest areas for us to use the restrooms and purchase food or drinks. We are grateful for our guide Naomi's kind service.
We originally planned to drive ourselves, but after considering the 8-hour round trip from Las Vegas, we decided to join this tour instead. The guide and driver were very friendly. We had read other reviews and opted not to pay the $20 upgrade. We spent 2 hours exploring and taking photos on the Rim Trail, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. A park ranger was there to explain the geological formations, and there was also a souvenir shop that was slightly cheaper than the one in the Village. We thoroughly enjoyed this walking journey. As a side note, it was quite cold when we visited in March, only 10 degrees Celsius, and very windy.
The driver worked hard from morning to night, but still drove very steadily. The tour guide was also very dedicated, explaining everything clearly and even taking instant photos for us. The scenery of the Grand Canyon was breathtaking; you truly have to experience its beauty with your own eyes. Overall, it was a wonderful day!
Que bom saber
