I purchased this tour through the platform. The price includes a cruise, a buffet lunch, and transfer. Instructions are sent 24 hours before the trip. I couldn't contact them immediately via WeChat, so I had to write to WhatsApp first. We agreed on the transfer pick-up point from Guilin – it turned out to be a 5-minute walk from my hotel. The river port is located outside Guilin, and we were driven there in 1 hour. Upon arrival, I received my ticket for the 4-star ship. I missed the breakfast at the port, so I can't say anything about it. The ship itself is luxurious. For the first 2-2.5 hours, everyone on the decks was photographing the karst hills. Then, at 12:30 PM, lunch began. The food was delicious and varied. I'd like to highlight the presence of french fries and breaded chicken. Unlimited tea was also served. The staff was polite and eager to help, even speaking a little English. In summary: the cruise is amazing, but it would be cheaper through agencies. The price of my ticket was 1.5 times higher than the cost at agencies.

Straightforward and easy purchase for a wonderful cruise down the beautiful and unforgettable 灕江 to 陽朔! Almost immediately after purchase, I received a WhatsApp message from the local tour agent, she efficiently coordinated the early morning pick up arrangement for the bus ride to 竹江码头, the harbour where the cruise commences. The cruise was a unforgettable experience, the buffet lunch offers ample local cuisines. We definitely recommend joining this cruise for an amazing trip in Guilin!

It was my dream to go river cruising in Guilin, and I thought that if I came to Guilin and didn't go river cruising, there would be no point in coming to Guilin. The cruise ship was not tiring, and the number of people was adjusted so that the top deck was not too crowded, allowing me to comfortably take photos. I was also able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace, making it the best tour. When you participate, be sure to bring a 20 yuan bill with you.

We took the VIP four-star cruise. Nice scenery and good breakfast and lounge before the cruise. The buffet lunch was good, even for vegetarians, with many options.

También se pueden pedir comidas y bebidas adicionales. Un guía en el crucero señalará las atracciones clave que hay que ver y el río Li tiene algunas vistas hermosas e impresionantes que no hay que perderse. En general, una gran experiencia que recomendamos encarecidamente.

Everything is easy with Klook. Instant confirmation. The day before the cruise, the tour manager sent us a message with guidance. The pick-up location was near the hotel where we stayed. The tour manager handled the claiming of the actual tickets. Lunch inside the ferry was buffet style and good. Thank you, Klook. Great experience for everyone.

The activity itself is very good. The boat is great and very comfortable. The trip is well worth it. The views are beautiful, and it's an unmissable experience. I think it's the best way to travel from Guilin to Yangshuo. However, there are things that could be improved about the service received. The bus arrived half an hour late and dropped us off at the pier without giving us any explanation of where to go. The few Westerners on the bus didn't really know what to do, as some people were getting off and others weren't, and we weren't sure if we should leave yet or not. Also, the description on Klook about the activity is somewhat confusing. The description gives the impression that the meal is served after passing through security at the port itself (i.e., that it's breakfast). However, this is not the case, as it was lunch at 12:00, on the boat itself. It would have been good to have this clear, so as not to go to the activity on an empty stomach.

The view is stunning. A must-do when you are in Guilin. The cruise is leisurely and takes around 4 hours to reach Yangshuo. Do note that the tour starts from Guilin and ends at Yangshuo. You will need to find your own way back to Guilin.

Good value for money. Keep in mind that everything is in Chinese, the guide will only tell you where to go to board in English (I took the option with a transfer from the hotel). It is also worth considering that the buffet is offered at the end of the cruise. Our cruise lasted from 9:20 to ~14:00, which, apparently, is not the norm. The buffet is not varied, but that is not the point of the cruise.
