The place was a little hard to find, but it's down the alley past the cafe street sign. It's up a flight of stairs, so there's no wheelchair accessibility. The staff were lovely, and I got a really good head scrub. Most of it is done with cold water. The hairstyling at the end is just a light blow dry, nothing crazy. We went downstairs to the salon to get straightened. We booked in for 4 girls to be done, and they cracked straight into it. I would recommend it if you're visiting.

I probably haven't been this relaxed in a long time. The treatment was great and my head feels much better.

My daughter and I had a service here and it was great! Ji Hye was amazing at communication and even came out to get us when we got lost. We went to the wrong area and she was so accommodating and let us still come for the appointment. I would recommend this place!
