I booked the 2-day Classic Zhangjiajie tour through Klook, and it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I booked, I received prompt communication and clear pre-trip information. As a solo traveler, I didn't have to worry about planning my itinerary, transportation, or attraction tickets—everything was perfectly organized. Our tour guide was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. She planned the itinerary efficiently, covering Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the breathtaking Yuanjiajie Avatar Peaks, and Tianmen Mountain. She also helped us skip long ticket queues, shared useful hiking tips, and kept us updated on the weather. Transportation was punctual and comfortable, and the local meals were authentic and delicious. The mist-covered sandstone peaks were simply breathtaking. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making the trip smooth and unforgettable. I highly recommend this Klook tour and hope to return one day with my family!

We had a wonderful experience. Beautiful tour. We really didn't have to worry about anything during our tour. Well organised with hotel pickup and dropoff, transportation, and friendly guide. We would however have liked to get more information and explanation about the places we visited.

For our two-day tour, it was just the two of us plus one guide on both days 🤣 It felt like a private tour, which was great! On the first day at the Forest Park, our guide was Mr. Liu, who has 18 years of experience. He was very attentive and took great care of us, offering us fruit and snacks along the way; he was very hospitable. He is very experienced, so he explained everything to us at the right time and proactively found the best spots for us to take photos. On the second day, our guide for Tianmen Mountain, Mr. Tian, was newer and a bit quieter, but he was also very polite and could answer any questions we had immediately. Overall, the experience was excellent! 🤩

Day 1 – We had a wonderful start to the tour. James was attentive and experienced, adjusting the pace to avoid heavy crowds and long queues. He shared just the right amount of information, with interesting insights both during the tour and along the journey. Day 2 – A more relaxed day with fewer crowds. Riaya was warm and friendly, often offering to take photos, though she shared less information compared to Day 1. It was a pity we couldn’t fully enjoy Tianmen Mountain due to the rain, but it was still a lovely experience. Overall, I would recommend this 2-day tour. The small group size made it easy to manage and more enjoyable. Hotel pick-up and drop-off were convenient and well organized. The Avatar Mountain visit felt a bit rushed due to crowds, which is understandable. Do check inclusions and exclusions to avoid extra costs. The glass bridge activities were fun with a small top-up. One suggestion: bundling extra fees in advance could help save time.

We give five stars for an unforgettable trip! The itinerary was event packed and well-paced, ensuring we saw everything without the usual traveler stress. Our tour guide, Rona, was exceptional! She is both knowledgeable and incredibly thoughtful about our needs. She also helped to take amazing photos! Everything from the hotel pick up to the attractions all surpassed our expectations, and there were no hidden fees which also is great. I’ll definitely be a returning customer if we visit again!

Zhangjiajie Scenic Area was absolutely breathtaking—truly one of the most unique landscapes I’ve ever seen. The towering sandstone pillars, misty mountains, and lush greenery felt like stepping into another world. Even with just a 2-day tour, we were able to explore the major highlights, and every spot was worth it. What made the experience even more memorable was our guide, Janelv. She was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our trip enjoyable. She went above and beyond—adjusting the itinerary when needed, helping us avoid crowds, and making sure we were comfortable at all times. Her friendly attitude and deep knowledge of the area really enhanced the whole experience. Overall, the tour was well-organized, smooth, and unforgettable. Highly recommended, especially if you have a guide like Janelv who truly cares about her guests.

Yuki nos guio por el parque nacional de Zhangjiajie y las montañas cercanas. Aunque su inglés era limitado, conocía muy bien la región y estaba encantada de ayudar. Nos saltamos muchas colas y tomamos innumerables autobuses para llegar a los sitios. No me imagino tener que averiguarlo todo por mi cuenta, así que definitivamente me ahorró mucho estrés intentar planificarlo todo yo mismo. Los puntos culminantes fueron las montañas Tianzi y el parque nacional ZJJ. El segundo día, Cherry nos guio y su inglés era limitado, pero tenía una aplicación de traducción y yo también usé el traductor de Google para ayudar. Tenía un gran corazón para asegurarse de que tuviéramos una experiencia feliz, incluso quedándose más de 2 horas para asegurarse de que pudiéramos ver el espectáculo de luces de Tianmen y también pudimos ver partes del parque que yo no habría notado por mi cuenta. La pasarela de Guigu fue lo más destacado del segundo día. La inmensidad del parque y la delgada pasarela a lo largo del acantilado eran impresionantes y aterradoras al mismo tiempo. This trip to Zhangjiajie was unforgettable, and what touched and satisfied us the most was meeting our excellent tour guide, Yang Tian. She is young, cheerful, and enthusiastic, treating every member of our group with great care and thoughtfulness. Even before the trip began, she communicated with us constantly, offering thoughtful advice in advance to ensure we were fully prepared, making the entire journey smooth and worry-free. During the trip, Yang Tian always provided timely updates on arrangements, patiently answered our questions, and gave us detailed explanations of local customs, as well as Chinese culture and history. This allowed us to not only see beautiful scenery but also gain a wealth of knowledge. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire journey more enriching and meaningful. What was even more touching was her meticulous care for us, as attentive as a daughter caring for her family, which made us feel incredibly warm and secure. We feel very fortunate and grateful to have met such a tour guide. Yang Tian made this trip exceptionally wonderful, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to all visitors coming to Zhangjiajie!
