Experiência de Surfe FlowRider® 1 Utama em Kuala Lumpur

I used it with my 11-year-old and 5-year-old daughters. My husband also joined, and it was a fun experience for us. However, it doesn't seem suitable for a 5-year-old. After riding once and being swept away by the water, she was too scared to ride again. Please keep this in mind. My two daughters booked through Klook, but I registered additionally on-site. The "weekday on-site registration" was cheaper.

The instructor was kind and explained everything well, so I enjoyed the ride. Even though we ran over time and couldn't finish all the turns, everyone was able to ride fairly and in order until the end. It's a 1-hour session, but since a group of 4-5 people take turns, the actual ride time for each person is short, which is good to keep in mind.

Easy redemption at the counter, need to sign an electronic indemnity form prior to receiving the entrance band which has a chip that gives access to the changing room/toilet. It's good that the changing room has a hairdryer. To be honest, one hour is not enough. The flow of the water is so loud that we can hardly hear what the instructor is saying, but we had fun overall.

Although there's a lot I'd like to say about this place, the surfing experience itself isn't bad. If you go when there aren't many people, you can enjoy it fully without waiting, but if a class is full of children, the waiting time can be long and boring.

My child loved it, so this was their second surfing experience. This time, the instructor seemed indifferent, taught carelessly, and I even saw them secretly smoking an e-cigarette in the middle of the lesson. Improvement is needed.

It's an indoor surfing facility, but it's located outdoors! It's great to be able to watch the children participate. The sessions run on time, but the facility isn't very large. Also, although there's a limit to the number of people per time slot, it's a shame that if there are many people, you don't get much time to surf. In our class, there were 5 participants, so the 1-hour lesson felt too short.

When you go surfing, it's usually crowded on weekends. I booked through Klook, but if you don't confirm by phone beforehand, your reservation isn't guaranteed and your time slot might be pushed back. Make sure to call in advance! (Weekdays seem to be fine). Also, when you first go surfing, there are some forms and registrations to complete. I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early, and remember to bring your own towel, as they don't provide them. If you're taking a Grab, get off at 1 Utama Old Wing.

Overall great experience! A very fun activity to try, it's kinda hard to balance and it kinda hurts when you fall but it's still fun. Recommend to go during weekdays with no ppl to have more play time or else have to take turns with other people. Their bathroom is very clean and comfortable and comes with hot water and dryer. They do provide free locker service as well.

Thank you for your kind and clear instruction; I had a fun time learning even though it was my first attempt. The changing rooms were also clean and well-maintained. Next time, one hour won't be enough, so I'll book two hours and come back!

Super seru!!!! Pasti akan melakukan ini lagi!!!! Instrukturnya sangat bagus, jelas bahwa flow riding sudah mendarah daging padanya. Instruksinya sangat jelas, sederhana, dan tepat. Dia tidak perlu banyak bicara, hanya menggunakan isyarat tangan dan bahasa tubuh. Di akhir sesi, dia memberi kami sedikit demo tentang apa yang bisa dilakukan oleh seorang pro flow rider dan itu luar biasa! Di kehidupan saya selanjutnya lah haha
