During this skiing experience, twin-tip instructor Ah Xin left a deep impression on me. His teaching approach was clear, explaining everything from basic movements to intricate details perfectly. He demonstrated each step and ensured I truly understood before moving on. Throughout the practice, he remained focused, promptly pointing out issues and constantly offering encouragement, which allowed for very rapid progress. Snowboard instructor Mikey, on the other hand, had a very meticulous and patient teaching style. He flexibly adjusted the teaching pace according to my friend's condition, breaking down complex movements into easily understandable parts. Even when falling repeatedly, he remained patient, carefully analyzing the reasons and providing targeted advice. The entire process was both professional and relaxed, allowing us to gradually master the techniques in an environment of safety and trust.

My instructor, Ah Xin, is very patient and taught me all the basics from the beginning, slowly letting me try and practice until I understood and felt comfortable. He is also very considerate and asked me if I needed breaks in between since I'm not a sporty person. The ride between my hotel and the ski resort was also comfortable, and he's a good driver and very patient on the road, even during slow traffic. I had a good time for my first ski experience and managed to ski by myself at the end. I'm really grateful for all the advice and would love to have more lessons with Ah Xin in the future. My coach, Ah Xin, is very patient and taught me beginner's knowledge step by step, and he also gave me enough practice time to master some skills. Because I don't exercise often, he would also ask me if I needed a rest, so I wouldn't be too tired. The shuttle service from the hotel to the ski resort was also very good; even though there was heavy traffic, Ah Xin was quite patient. My first skiing experience felt good, and I was able to ski down by myself in the end. I also hope to have the opportunity to continue learning with Coach Ah Xin in the future. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Our family were complete beginners with no prior skiing experience, and we were a bit nervous at first. However, we were incredibly lucky to have booked this private instructor, Ah Xin, through Klook. He was very meticulous and patient, teaching us from the basics, which quickly helped us build confidence. He even took us to challenge slopes of different gradients, making it fun and reassuring. The biggest surprise was that our daughter turned out to be the best skier; the adults were completely outdone by the child 😄. During the lesson, the instructor also helped us take many photos and videos, and his photography skills are definitely better than my husband's 🤣! Throughout the entire class, we could feel his professionalism and dedication. We sincerely recommend him!

Amazing skiing experience! It's expensive but worth it and coach 湯圓 is really good at teaching beginner. We both managed to learn how to snowboard in one day and enjoyed it. The coach is very good at explaining which is very important. I would recommend the experience!

This was our first time experiencing a one-day ski trip, and with no prior experience, we chose the Klook package. Our family of three could all play together, especially needing to accommodate a 5-year-old while also enjoying the skiing experience. We first chose Teine Ski Resort, which is about an hour's drive from Sapporo city. This trip included hotel pick-up and drop-off, professional ski equipment, and a professional instructor for teaching, touring, and photography. We were very lucky to have Coach Ah-Xin, who was friendly to beginners and families. Under his experienced guidance, our whole family had a fun and safe time, creating wonderful and lasting memories!

We booked a private class (1 trainer for 3 people). The trainer, Summer, was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure safety while having fun. She taught us in English. She taught us so well that I managed to learn some techniques in one day of lessons. She also took lots of photos for us. The driver was also good and drove the car well. We would definitely do this again.

This was my first time skiing in Hokkaido, and I was very lucky to meet my private instructor, Ah Xin. As complete beginners, Coach Ah Xin patiently taught my family every detail and every movement with great care. I sincerely recommend him; from zero to proficiency, my daughter was able to ski independently from the track to the finish line, which made me very happy. I am very, very satisfied with this experience, challenging myself for the first time. I will definitely look for Coach Ah Xin again next time. Both children had a wonderful time. Thumbs up! 👍

An excellent experience! Teacher Tangyuan taught exceptionally well. The four of us, who had absolutely no prior skiing experience, were able to ski on advanced slopes by the end of the day, having learned the back edge technique. The teacher was also very attentive to our safety, patient, and professional. My friends and I kept saying it was money well spent. Before coming, I thought it would be too difficult and that I, with no athletic ability, wouldn't be able to learn. After coming, I found it so much fun that I'll definitely come again next time, and I'll look for Teacher Tangyuan again!

What a super happy and meaningful day in Sapporo! Teacher Tangyuan is very experienced in guiding and is also very dedicated and responsible, always meticulously guiding our movements, even if we have no prior experience; they also helped us take many photos. We can truly say this was the happiest day of our Hokkaido trip (*¯︶¯*)! With direct point-to-point hotel transfers, you can comfortably lie in the car back to the hotel after exercising. If you want to experience powder snow in Hokkaido, I sincerely recommend this to everyone!
