The tour was purchased a few months in advance, but the tour company was unable to secure entrance tickets for the inner palace. They notified me too late, and no tickets were available. All I received was a $30 refund, and I missed out on a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Joining a Klook guided tour is incredibly convenient, as the Alhambra is truly vast. If you only buy tickets without a guided tour, it's easy to get lost inside. With a guide, you can learn about the history as you walk, allowing us to take photos while also understanding more. Fortunately, Klook offers this activity as an option, and it's easy to use. The guides WhatsApped us to communicate before the booking date, which made for a great experience.

Unfortunately, I was unable to join the guided tour. I requested a refund, and despite receiving confirmation, I have not yet received the payment a year later.

The tour guide arrived on time and provided a clear, bilingual explanation of the history and culture of the Alhambra Palace. Highly recommended! The three-hour-plus tour was very enriching. Also, with so many tourists, Klook should specify in the order which local travel agency they are cooperating with, otherwise it's very easy to miss the local guide. When trying to ask where the guide was, showing the Klook order QR code didn't help as no one recognized it. So, knowing which local guide company they work with is very important!!!
Whether by the fault of Klook or the Amigo Tours company, no one showed up for the tour. There were multiple confirmation emails, however. In fact, no one even purchased our tickets. We ended up waiting over an hour without a word despite calling multiple numbers which just rang forever. The Alhambra said no one purchased tickets in our names either, so we couldn't even skip the tour guide part and do it ourselves. To make it that much better, they were sold out of tickets, and that was our only day in Granada. Thanks Klook or Amigo Tours for ruining that entire day of our vacation.

Woke up very early for this activity and waited in the cold. It was recommended to reach at 7:45am but guide only reached at 8:20am? And the place didn't open till 8:30am anyway. Nevertheless, it was a very beautiful place and enriching experience. It feels like a walk in the park.
