Overall clean. A bit uncomfortable to have men and women in the same onsen. The culture here requires tipping staff. The steam room is too hot and steamy, making it impossible to breathe. The sauna rooms are good. Japanese food served at the end is a small portion. Sometimes, the staff's nails during the hair spa make my scalp painful.

The best experience on this Da Lat trip, friendly staff, enthusiastic guidance. The space is beautiful and chic, I will recommend it to my friends!

I love the Himalayan salt sauna process. They also provided a free meal set after you completed the wellness process. Don't forget to take one free bottle of water.

They have great service and facilities here. The baths and the sauna are all well allocated on different rooms to maximise guests' experience. The staff are extremely kind and helpful as they help us find our lost wallet. We really appreciate for that.
