Chúng tôi rất vui khi được hướng dẫn bởi một hướng dẫn viên du lịch giàu kinh nghiệm như Sơn Nguyễn, bắt đầu từ kỹ năng quản lý cảm xúc khi xử lý các khiếu nại về tắc đường trong kỳ nghỉ, sắp xếp thời gian hợp lý để hoàn thành chuyến đi ở Ninh Bình. Anh ấy cũng dành thời gian đồng hành cùng chuyến đi của chúng tôi và giúp chúng tôi chụp ảnh. Chúng tôi không thể đưa ra bất kỳ lời khuyên ý nghĩa nào, chỉ có những lời chúc tốt đẹp nhất cho sự thành công và thành đạt của anh Sơn. Hy vọng chúng tôi sẽ có duyên để trở lại Việt Nam một lần nữa, đặc biệt là Ninh Bình. Có lẽ trong tương lai, chúng tôi có thể được dành thời gian để mua quà lưu niệm tại chỗ để có thêm kỷ niệm. Chúng tôi nhận ra rằng do tắc đường ngày hôm qua, chuyến đi của chúng tôi đã bị trì hoãn và trở về Hà Nội vào gần 10 giờ tối.

Ninh Binh was super nice and definitely worth visiting. The views were really beautiful, and the boat ride was very relaxing. It was a bit tiring as a day tour, but overall it was fun and super worth it.

We enjoyed every item of the itinerary especially the boat trip. We were impressed by the enthusiasm of our guide, Ben. He has also been kind and helpful the whole time. Our driver was friendly and professional, and he drove smoothly and safely.

brilliant tour! it more than exceeded our expectations! A must do while in Hanoi, early start but well worth it! our guide was fab and it all felt quite relaxed despite the schedule! it was my favourite day so far! the climb was quite the workout for those with short legs but worth it! the boat ride was the stand out but every bit was great! lunch was typical buffet, bit bland but enough choice to fill up for energy! our guide Day was fab, thank you!

This tour had few reviews so I decided to check it out to see how it would turn out. I wasn't disappointed at all. In fact, it turned out to be a great tour. I enjoyed thoroughly, especially the boating part. That was the best part. Boating underneath the mountains in the caves was a thrilling experience. Lunch was super delicious and we did great justice to it. The trekking up to the temples in Ninh Bin in the morning was nice but one hour time felt a bit rushed as there are too many people walking up and down and we need to go slow. The Bai Dinh temples were so beautiful. Dusk had fallen when we got there so we could see the temples in their full splendor with the lights on. I could feel the sacredness of the place as I looked around. Of course, the tour could not have been a beautiful experience had it not been for our wonderful guide. He was informative and amusing at times and made sure that we were all comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful tour.

Alles war so gut geplant, aber wir fanden, dass die Bootstour ein bisschen zu lang war. Vielleicht wäre es anders gewesen, wenn wir ein privates Boot gehabt hätten. Seien Sie darauf vorbereitet zu schwitzen und nutzen Sie jede Gelegenheit, die Toiletten zu benutzen!! Das Essen war köstlich und bot eine große Vielfalt. Unser Reiseleiter Sun war urkomisch und hat den Tag wirklich gerettet.

Thật sự rất thích chuyến tham quan này — một ngày trọn vẹn và tuyệt đẹp! Điểm nhấn đối với tôi là Tràng An, chuyến đi thuyền thật sự rất ấn tượng. Chùa Bái Đính cũng rất hoành tráng, đặc biệt là bức tượng Phật khổng lồ. Hang Múa chắc chắn cũng rất đáng giá — quang cảnh trên đỉnh thật tuyệt vời (hơi leo trèo một chút, nhưng rất đáng công). Nhìn chung, một sự kết hợp tuyệt vời giữa thiên nhiên và văn hóa.

We had an amazing time on this Ninh Binh tour! Even though they only had 3 good reviews on Klook, we chose this package because all three were excellent, and oh boy, this did not disappoint. Our guide, Willy, was truly exceptional; he was very knowledgeable about every place we visited, incredibly accommodating, and full of good energy throughout the trip. He was also very helpful to other tourists not in our group, which shows his very good heart. One of the highlights was him playing the flute at the end of the tour… absolutely mesmerizing and the perfect way to close the day. The bus was also a pleasant surprise. It’s a special reclining-seat bus that made the entire journey so comfortable. The tour itself was perfect and ticked all the boxes for us. If there’s one thing we’d change, it would be the restaurant choice. We wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for higher-quality food. Overall, highly recommended—an unforgettable experience made even better by an outstanding guide!

The English-speaking guide was very diligent in explaining a lot of history, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The car was also very comfortable and luxurious, with seats more comfortable than those on tour buses in Taiwan. I saw there weren't many reviews and decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be excellent. I asked and found out it's a travel agency that has been operating for a long time, thumbs up~~ We also hired a Chinese-speaking guide whom we absolutely loved. She was incredibly dedicated, explained a lot, and also introduced us to Hanoi beyond the itinerary, including food and other attractions.
