NOX - Jante no Escuro

I came here alot of times. i love their atomsphere, their services downstair and upstair. They are always very patient and very professional. Peter was our waiter, he is humourous, professional when he handle some difficult customers in a joke manner so they wont feel so offended. He is very patience, and his explanation were v clear & navigate us well.

We were served by Peter, who was warm, articulate, and genuinely caring throughout the experience. He thoughtfully explained the concept behind NOX – Dine in the Dark, including how the visually impaired guides navigate daily life and why dining in complete darkness is such a natural experience for them. His insights added a meaningful dimension to the evening, making it far more than just a meal. The experience left me with a deeper appreciation for the senses I often take for granted and a greater respect for the resilience and capabilities of the visually impaired community.

Tuvimos un Día de San Valentín inolvidable en NOX – Cena en la Oscuridad con mi esposa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, la experiencia se sintió considerada y única. Cenar en completa oscuridad fue sorprendentemente íntimo; nos obligó a ir más despacio, a concentrarnos en la comida y a conversar de verdad. Cada plato estaba bellamente ejecutado, y no saber qué estábamos comiendo lo hizo divertido, interactivo y un poco aventurero (¡en el buen sentido!). El equipo de servicio fue excepcional: cálido, seguro y tranquilizador durante toda la experiencia. No fue solo una cena; fue una experiencia compartida que hizo que el Día de San Valentín fuera verdaderamente memorable. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a las parejas que buscan hacer algo diferente y significativo. Volvería sin dudarlo.

The staff in the lounge area came across as unprofessional, and the service did not justify the high price of the experience ($120+ per person). We also paid an additional $50+ per person for three cocktails, which were underwhelming and extremely watered down. The food was equally disappointing, especially when it was served cold. Dining in the dark was a new experience for us, but it was not worth the cost. The money would be better spent on a true fine-dining experience or a higher-quality hotel buffet. Overall, the service, food, and value for money were disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this experience.

Foods are good, interesting experience. Only restaurant charges me again as they can't find records from KLOOK. Luckily my friend noticed and against the bill.

Never thought that I would be served by someone who is visually impaired furthermore so well done their services. I truly appreciate having dinner served by them even lead by them in the darkest space and will surely come back again.
