Extremely good. You can stay all day, alternating between ice baths and saunas. It's not crowded, very peaceful, with staff nearby to assist. There's a drink bar and delicious coffee.

Affordable and peaceful. They have two saunas and 3-4 ice baths. Clean amenities and complimentary toiletries too.

very easy to get into the place, just had to show the QR and that was it. they also had some towels ready for us and there were drinks available for buying.
