Even though they didn’t speak much English, they really tried their best to communicate with us, and we truly appreciated their effort. We came as a group, and they managed to serve all of us almost at the same time, so we also finished together, which was very convenient. Everyone was happy with the experience. This time, I had highlights and a hair treatment. My hair had become fragile after previous bleaching and dyeing, and now new hair was growing from the roots, a mix of black and white, which looked very stark. Although we couldn't speak each other's language, Director Chaerin patiently examined my hair, and we communicated using a translation app. She clearly stated that highlights wouldn't be sufficient to cover the white hair and suggested bleaching and dyeing or a full head of color. Bleaching and dyeing would be too damaging, and a single color for the whole head would be too monotonous. After some discussion, she finally agreed to do highlights for me, meticulously picking out the areas with more white hair for highlights, and then coloring the rest of my hair. After the hair treatment, my hair has never felt so smooth. I am very satisfied with the overall result and their service attitude. I came here for a haircut without any idea in mind as it was an impulse decision but the stylist was very understanding and kind to me. Even though there was a language barrier, he tried his best to communicate with me the steps and to make me comfortable, giving me a pretty style in the end.
