My family of 4 had a really wonderful time with this tour package! Thanks to our lovely & very helpful guide Ruby 2 (yes, Ruby 2) and our trusty driver. We really enjoyed all the attractions. I personally love the Eden Cherry Blossom Road and the kids love the Rail Park. Nami Island was nice to explore. We rented bikes and it was amazing! Lastly, the alpacas! They're so cuuuute! I will book this tour from this company again once given another chance. Try it too! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

Our tour guide (Ruby2) was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and truly made our trip such a happy and memorable experience. Even though we couldn’t visit Eden Cherry Blossom Road as the flowers had not bloomed yet, she quickly suggested alternative locations and made sure we still got to enjoy beautiful cherry blossoms. She was very patient throughout the day and went the extra mile to ensure everyone in the group was comfortable and happy. Her positive attitude and thoughtful planning really made a difference in our experience. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable, and well-taken-care-of tour!

Tour guide Michael was very attentive and patient, took great photos, and even helped me look after my children. All the food he recommended was delicious, and the attractions he introduced were excellent. The cherry blossoms were beautiful, Nami Island was very relaxing, and the alpacas were adorable! The itinerary was fantastic! It included both static activities like cherry blossom viewing and dynamic ones like riding a rail bike. Our leader, Ruby2, was particularly outstanding and very professional. Not only was she proficient in three languages, but she was also incredibly enthusiastic and helpful to guests, taking care of every detail. The driver was also very polite and drove carefully. This was a truly excellent experience.

Ruby was a wonderful guide ensuring no one's left behind. She also gave lots of recommendation from food to skincare. On the itinerary, while there were a lot of things on the list, it didn't really feel exhausting. During our tour, Eden Road was replaced by Seokchon lake due to the former's cherry blossoms not yet in full bloom. I was actually in Seokchon on the previous day but it was too crowded. Glad our tour went there on an early morning, not too many people yet so I was able to enjoy the cherry blossoms sight.

I genuinely enjoyed this trip. Everything felt smooth and well-organized, which made it easy to just relax and enjoy each stop. We had enough time to explore, take photos, and not feel rushed. Our tour guide, Ruby 2, really made the experience even better. She was warm, accommodating, and shared so many helpful recommendations—from where to eat to the best spots for shopping in Korea. It honestly felt like having a friend showing us around. Overall, it was a hassle-free and memorable experience that I’d happily recommend.

This was my first time joining a day tour in Korea. The tour guide pre-arranged seats for everyone and led us to our spots on the bus one by one, which was a bit time-consuming, but it probably prevented families from being separated. The itinerary was quite packed; Nami Island was too large, so we could only glance around without fully experiencing it. For lunch, the guide pre-booked a restaurant on the island for us to eat Chuncheon spicy stir-fried chicken, and we boarded the ferry after eating, but the mealtime was also very rushed. Everything else was good; we saw beautiful cherry blossoms. The rail bike route didn't have cherry blossoms, but the scenery along the way was still nice, and each tunnel had different decorations.

I joined the Nami Island day tour and, despite the last-minute itinerary changes due to the cherry blossoms not blooming, the experience was still very enjoyable. The biggest highlight of the trip was our tour guide, Edward. He was professional, friendly, and extremely well-organized. He explained the changes clearly, managed the schedule smoothly, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. His positive attitude and attentiveness really made a difference and turned a potentially disappointing situation into a great experience. Overall, I truly appreciate Edward’s effort and dedication. Highly recommend this tour because of him!
