We booked a private car with a guide, and it was stated that water and WiFi would be provided, but in the end, there was no guide, no water, and no WiFi. We walked by ourselves the whole day. The driver only picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off near the Blue Mosque. The driver didn't understand English at all. There was traffic everywhere. Not worth it. A bad experience.

Since this trip was primarily for business, our group didn't have much time for advance planning, so we booked a one-day private car charter. The car itself was very comfortable and clean. Although the driver didn't speak English, we could communicate using WhatsApp's real-time translation, so it wasn't a major issue. At the beginning, the driver kindly reminded us that some places in Turkey might charge different prices for tourists and advised us to be careful, also offering to give us recommendations. At noon, as we had no specific ideas, we followed the driver's recommendation and were taken to a seafood restaurant. However, this restaurant clearly had very unreasonable prices and was specifically targeting tourists. The three of us only ordered three dishes (as pictured), and the final cost was about NT$10,000. Although the driver later kindly offered to help us check the bill, it didn't make much difference at that point. At the end of the trip, we were also charged two additional parking fees: 400 Lira for less than 2 hours, and 300 Lira for less than 1 hour. The extra parking fees also felt unreasonable; I believe even in Taipei City, it wouldn't be this expensive. Overall, the car charter itself was fine, but the lunch arrangement and the experience of additional charges left us with a poor impression. We recommend that travelers participating in similar tours in the future be more cautious and not completely trust the restaurants or recommendations arranged by others.
