It was delivered to our hotel before we arrived in Ho Chi Minh City. The signal is good even in Cu Chi and the Mekong Delta area. Thank you so much, we had a nice and memorable trip in Saigon, Vietnam.

The delivery was on the day I ordered, and luckily it was delivered from 9 AM so I could use it right away. Since it's a Vina SIM, the 4G seems fast. I hope it remains stable during the usage period.

SIM card was delivered before we arrive at our accommodation and the installation process was so easy because you will just plug it in your phone. The mobile data works all around Vietnam as well. Thank you so much, would recommend this to other travellers.

I bought a SIM card on the day I arrived, but I didn't realize it required an advance reservation and would only be received after 2 days. However, we will only be staying in Vietnam for 6 days, meaning we would only use the SIM for 4 days. So, I tried every possible way to contact them to see if I could receive the SIM on the same day or cancel my transaction. Fortunately, due to my persistence, they delivered the SIM to my hotel. I am so happy and satisfied with their flexibility and service. The lesson I learned is to read carefully before purchasing.
