We were incredibly fortunate to have Paul as our tour guide throughout this journey. From start to finish, he made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. What stood out most was Paul’s genuine care for everyone in the group. He always went the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable, well-informed, and happy — whether it was adjusting plans to suit our pace, answering questions with patience, or offering thoughtful recommendations along the way. His enthusiasm and positive energy were infectious, turning even long journeys into fun and enjoyable moments. Paul’s professionalism, warmth, and passion for his work truly set him apart. Our guide, Hieu, was excellent, taking us around to eat and take beautiful photos. He was very friendly. This was our first time in Hanoi, and also our first time riding motorbikes. Both drivers were very steady. This experience is definitely worth trying.

The tour did not fully deliver on all the places mentioned in the itinerary – out of 7 places, we only visited 4. However, they took me to a silk shop which was not on the itinerary. Of those 4 places, 3 were closed, and at another one, we just drove by and saw the lights. Then we had food; the first meal was nice, but the second and third were standard. We also had problems with the Vespa; it kept stopping in the middle of the road. They need to perform maintenance on the vehicle. The tour itself felt very rushed; I even had to take away the third meal, and the tour finished 15 minutes early. It was not worth the price. I don't know why I took this tour; I feel a little disappointed.
