During my stay here in Ho Chi Minh, my signal was excellent. I had no problem navigating the streets or booking a Grab ride. Getting the SIM card was also easy, even though I arrived at the airport at midnight. I was able to get it because they have staff available to assist you.

Sehr schnelles und zuverlässiges Internet. Einfach zu bedienen und am Flughafen Saigon abzuholen. Keine Aktivierung erforderlich, keine Warteschlangen am Schalter. Problemlos und ein sehr guter Reisebegleiter in Saigon. Sehr empfehlenswert und ein Muss bei einem Besuch in Saigon.

I arrived at SGN around 10 PM, so the counter was already closed. I had to go back to the airport the following day. It was a bit of a hassle, but anyway… I just hope the counter is open 24/7 for late arrivals. The pick-up process was smooth, everything went well. Thanks!

The pick-up spot is after you claim your baggage. There isn't really a "Klook" sign; you just have to ask the people selling SIM cards where you can claim it. They will install the SIM card for you, and the process is fast. As for the data, it is really good and reliable. A must-recommend when in Saigon.
