I expected a more proactive level of service. The staff member assisting me was clearly struggling with my baggage. While I don’t blame him, having two people handle the task would have made the process much smoother. In addition, he had limited information about the baggage arrival process and was unsure where items such as strollers would be delivered. This lack of preparedness was the main gap in being proactive. I also suggest that Klook allow passengers to specify the number of bags in advance so the service can be properly planned.
