Luckily, the Vikings Customer Service was kind and assisted us well. This branch has a lot of food options, but the line was very long for popular areas like the carving station. I hope they can add more staff for carving.

GC validation was quick and easy, and the food had good variety, though the grilling station opened almost an hour late. Seating felt cramped, making it hard for our birthday celebrant to move. Klook booking was frustrating-my table reservations kept getting declined despite available slots, forcing me to buy pricier individual GCs.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Vikings Restaurant. It's my mom's birthday today and she really enjoyed the food, it was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices that satisfied every craving, especially for her (seafoods). The staff were very attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our dinner. On top of that, the ambiance was fabulous — cozy, lively, and perfect for enjoying time with family. Truly worth the visit!
