Avaliações
The communication before the pick-up was excellent. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided lots of historical information along the way. I learned so much and had such a wonderful experience. Also, the driver was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this tour as it was a good value and very personalized to our needs.
I highly recommend the Klook tour this time! Our guide was Rudra and the driver was Kamal. The guide was very attentive and called me the day before to confirm the meeting time and place! Since the weather in India in May is very hot, we basically couldn't do the afternoon itinerary, so we moved the tour up to start at 7 AM. The guide and driver were very cooperative. The guide's English was excellent with a clear accent, and he had a wealth of historical knowledge about various attractions, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of the local customs, traditions, and culture on our first day in Varanasi! That day, the air conditioning in the car suddenly broke down, and it was so hot that we told them we couldn't continue the tour and wanted to go back to the hotel. The guide was very accommodating, and we only continued to see the Ganges and the evening Aarti at dusk. I highly recommend that those who have just arrived in Varanasi consider taking a private tour first!
I highly recommend this tour if you're visiting Varanasi. Having a guide makes the trip much smoother, at least preventing constant harassment on the streets. In the morning, they picked us up at our hotel and took us by car to visit many Buddhist temples. We returned to the hotel for a break at noon and set off again at 5 PM (the reason given was that it's too hot in the afternoon for walking around, which I completely agree with). In the afternoon, we explored the Ganges riverfront in Varanasi on foot, weaving through alleys only locals would use, and finally visited two main attractions: Manikarnika Ghat (to see cremations) and Dashashwamedh Ghat (to see the evening Aarti ceremony). On the day we went, the Ganges water level was high, and all boats were prohibited from sailing, so the boat trip was canceled. Bharat is a fantastic and very responsible guide!
The day trip to Varanasi was incredible. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the city. He took me to all the best spots, like the Ganges River aarti and the local Hindu temple. I especially loved the local Masala tea shop; it had a very good taste. I'll definitely be coming back for a longer visit.
We are two 26-year-old Japanese women. This is a really great tour. We visited tourist spots with a driver and a tour guide. We went to temples and museums, and then to the Ganges River. The tour guides for the temples, museums, and the Ganges River were different people. The driver stayed with us the whole time. All our memories of our trip to India were wonderful, but the kindness of this tour guide left the biggest impression on us. 🌟 Recommended Points 🌟: We felt relieved when they picked us up at Varanasi Airport with a sign. We felt safe knowing we would arrive at our hotel safely (it's difficult to get to hotels near the Ganges River because cars can't pass). They don't try to trick you. They try their best to understand even our poor English. ⚠️ If I had to say one thing ⚠️: They recommend a Ganges River boat tour. You can choose between a private boat or a shared boat. They strongly push the private boat. (Ultimately, they told us to choose whatever made us happy.) Since there were only two of us splitting the cost, it was expensive, so we chose the shared boat. However, if there were more people, a private boat might have been good. I just wanted to see the atmosphere, so I chose the shared boat. Sorry for the poor writing. It might sound like I'm an agent, but please, enjoy Varanasi with this tour! ❤️
The driver arrived on time for the pickup, and the tour guide provided detailed explanations. Due to the Ganges Aarti ceremony in the evening, we had to briefly return to the hotel to rest. Afterwards, they even helped us purchase affordable boat tickets, giving us the opportunity to take a night cruise on the Ganges. They truly went above and beyond!
The staff is very punctual, professional, and very considerate!
The guide was very attentive, clean, and polite. They looked after our safety and provided a lot of knowledge, especially about Hindu rituals. They booked us seats with a good view for the fire worship ceremony. This trip is very suitable for foreigners.
Our guide has been super friendly and helpful. Overall a great trip
The guide was very polite and kind. Since it wasn't a shared tour, the car ride was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend it because they efficiently take you to places that are difficult to visit individually. They also took us to a hand-weaving shop that included a demonstration. I didn't buy anything because there was nothing I wanted (and they didn't seem displeased at all), but the products themselves were very good, so it might be a recommended shop, especially for women. The prices are also reasonable, so I recommend it.
