Punctual and very polite driver, sent us to our destinations safely and promptly. The guide was also very knowledgeable. His explanation of the premise really made the history and architecture come to live. Tour operator was also quick to respond and provide details of driver and pick up. A really great experience and recommend for anyone who intends to visit Gwalior!

The tour was amazing. Gwalior has many beautiful things to see apart from the fort and I got to see them all. I was very fortunate to have Rishi as my driver as he is a responsible driver and a lovely person, he readily stopped anywhere I asked for photos or a drink and he made sure everything went as smooth as silk. I would definite recommend both Klook and Rishi for anyone wishing to visit Gwalior.

신디아 궁정과 박물관은 사전 안내가 부족하여 이 가문이 얼마나 논쟁적인지 몰랐습니다. 매우 정치적인 인물(부정부패)과 관련된 장소이니 만치 신중한 프로그램화가 필요합니다. 이 장소를 알고 싶지도 않고 방문하고 싶지도 않았고, 현장에서 인당 800루피라는 사전 안내 없는 큰 입장료 청구가 있었습니다. 사진을 찍는 비용까지 해서 4인 가족에게 3500루피를 청구했습니다. 나중에 찾아보니 터무니 없는 가격인 것 같은데 가이등에 대한 적절한 조치도 필요합니다.

Good tour from Agra. Tour operator confirm in advance, driver on time, good and clean car with seat belts and water bottles. Only guide in Gwalior could have been better for a perfect tour.

A lot of things went wrong with this activity - starting with not following the itinerary to lack of experience of the tour operator. I could write in full details on the horrible service but instead I will just advise those who will take this tour to pack their own food or meal. In the end, the tour agency acknowledged my disappointment, apologized and offered a complimentary meal (at 4pm after having no breakfast and lunch). The town of Gwalior itself is bustling and interesting to see but avoid taking this Klook activity by all means.
