Our guide Xiao Xiao is super patient, professional and responsive. The itinerary was well planned with sufficient time for us to explore and experience each venue. I particularly enjoyed Nanxun and Wuzhen, both are breathtakingly beautiful and well preserved heritage site.
Amy's service attitude is friendly and attentive, always ready to answer questions and cover all aspects, making for a reassuring journey.
Director Pan explained everything in detail. Wuzhen is beautiful, and other ancient towns each have their own unique charm. I recommend the 'Songcheng Eternal Love' performance; the other attractions are also very fun!

The itinerary was fulfilling and offered great value for money! Tour guide Pan's explanations were very detailed, and he patiently attended to the needs of every tourist, which is commendable.
We were separated at Hangzhou East Railway Station. The crowd was large, and the guide forgot about the six of us. I quickly called her, and she came to find us. This was very irresponsible of the guide, and it gave us a big scare, being stranded right after meeting her at the tourist center office.
Min was a great guide. She is patient and provided us with so much info. Our family had so much fun under her care.
