The hair salon is easily accessible and noticeable. As a foreigner entering the shop, I was greeted by the receptionist in Korean. However, this did not prevent them from communicating with me. I was impressed by their patience and understanding. Luckily, I spoke a bit of Korean, so I was able to converse with them using a mix of English and Korean. As it was my first time visiting a hair salon in South Korea, I can say that their service, including wash, cut, style, and makeup, was incredible and exceptional. As a fan of K-pop and K-drama myself, I could definitely tell that their service is top-tier. I could actually see the effect of the Korean makeup style and hair styling on me. I felt somewhat Korean, as I don't usually wear makeup daily. Thanks to the staff for the high-quality service, and I would not hesitate to come back next time I visit Seoul!

I visited artir&arz for a haircut and styling, and I was really impressed. The salon just opened recently, so everything feels very clean, modern, and fresh. The space also feels private and independent, which made the experience even more comfortable. I brought a photo of a celebrity hairstyle I wanted, and the stylist matched it perfectly — it turned out exactly as I hoped! I'm so glad I made a reservation. They welcomed me so kindly from the entrance. There were no problems with communication either! From the consultation to the perfect haircut and styling makeup that suited my face! When I took pictures, my face looked brighter and I received many compliments from those around me. It was the best change of pace 👍🏻

The hairdressers and makeup artists are both meticulous and thorough, and the store environment is excellent which on the 6th floor of the office building. Staff even gifted cosmetic samples, providing a very comfortable experience.

Although Tony and the makeup artist don't share a common language, they communicate using a translator. Environment: The environment is clean, hygienic, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere.

The service was excellent; the hairdresser was very meticulous and had a great attitude. The owner, who did the makeup, was also very kind, helped me organize my makeup photos, and recommended suitable cosmetics. The environment was clean and had a good atmosphere, and the owner was very enthusiastic.
