Overall a great trip. The tour agency was helpful, responsive, attentive, and accommodating in trying to meet my various needs. Especially impressed by my contact person Chuan who reads and writes English really well, with little chance for miscommunication. The driver Xu Shifu who was also our tour leader was helpful, punctual and attentive to our requests too. A trip like this can be hectic and tiring because of the need to set off early in the morning and take long rides, which is beyond the control of the travel agency since there is really vast distance between attractions and much of the journey was on narrow and uneven roads. The agency has done its best given the circumstances! Great job Chuan and Xu Shifu!

A very relaxed and comfortable trip, the itinerary was well planned, and the important attractions (Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong. We visited Mount Siguniang, and the Ruoergai Grassland and Flower Lake, which we visited a couple of days ago, were also very beautiful and great for taking photos. The itinerary was very flexible, and my family all thought the trip was a great experience! Driver Wang drives very safely. He meets us at a predetermined time every day, takes into account factors such as traffic and weather, and is very meticulous. We don't have to worry about the itinerary. We can rest in the car, have fun when we get off, and feel safe all the way. The whole trip was very good. I was a little worried before the trip because we didn’t speak Chinese and it would be difficult to communicate, but the tour guide driver used a mobile phone translator, and we communicated very well. The whole trip was very good, and I recommend this tour group.

We traveled as a family—my sister and two kids—and the entire trip was a wonderful experience for all of us. Our group of six, plus a driver, traveled comfortably in a 9-seater vehicle that was incredibly relaxing, featuring reclining seats and massage functions. The scenery during our week there beautifully blended winter and spring elements. A big five stars to our driver, Liu, who was fantastic—attentive and responsive, and took wonderful care of our family. The itinerary included high-altitude activities each day, with an oxygen bottle provided for everyone. We especially enjoyed the Tibet hotpot dinner, and the entire trip was very well organized. A small hiccup in the hotel arrangements was quickly resolved by the operator, who upgraded us on the final night. Great responsiveness and service! I highly recommend this package to anyone.

This is such an incredible and great tour! The driver is also the tour leader, and even if we only knew "Ni hao" in Chinese, we were able to converse via WeChat (it had an autotranslate feature). Literally the alps of the East! And winter time makes it even more beautiful! can be cold with some snow, but beautiful! from the good driving skills of Deng Mei, to the warm accommodations and the great hospitality, will definitely recommend this to my friends! A great way to explore western Sichuan. The time for each place is also just right for us, not too rushed. some drives can be long but there are stops along the way but the scenery is beautiful. 10/10 for everything, thank you! We had a wonderful experience during our Western Sichuan tour. The driver was very kind, professional, and always helpful throughout the journey. His service was excellent, and he made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made the long drives much more enjoyable. Hello, I am Korean. "Nihao" is all the Chinese I know, but the guide is incredibly kind, and the Chinese tourists on board have been so helpful, making my trip very comfortable. It's a 9-seater luxury van, so it's very comfortable, and we can stop anywhere there's a beautiful view to enjoy the scenery. Even if you don't speak Chinese, English and translation apps are more than enough, making for an excellent tour.

My family and I purchased a 5-day Aba tour in Sichuan with Klook, and it was an incredibly worthwhile and impressive tour at a reasonable price. It's a tour suitable for those who can speak Chinese. The driver provided excellent service; the car was clean with no cigarette smell, and they were always on time for pick-ups, even on days when we returned to the hotel very late. The driver never showed any signs of displeasure. The hotels were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour. Accommodation options: Clean, no cigarette smell. Tour guide: None, only the driver who provided excellent service. Tourist attractions: Very beautiful.
