This is our first time using this type of service, and it was truly a hassle-free experience, especially when you need to check out in the morning but your flight isn't until night. Kudos to the Filipino staff member (I forgot his name) who picked up our luggage for his kindness and for accommodating us. Our hotel was in Dubai, and our departure airport was in Abu Dhabi, so we still had the chance to visit Palm Jumeirah, shop, and eat in Abu Dhabi without our luggage. Our bags were picked up around 8:30 AM in Dubai and were dropped off at 5 PM at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi once we arrived there.

We traveled to Dubai as two families. After arriving in Dubai early in the morning, we couldn't check in early at our accommodation, so we used a luggage storage service through Klook. The driver was very kind, and the app provided interpretation for time and location, allowing for immediate feedback on schedule adjustments and inquiries when needed. It was truly excellent. I highly recommend it.

Klook's baggage taxi service is truly worth the price. I was able to explore the city hands-free. I would recommend it 10/10 if you check out early and have to depart late at night. This is the best option you can consider. Klook has some amazing offers to look for.

I was so nervous because there were no reviews, haha. But I applied for this service because it was exactly what I was looking for, from checking out on the last day of my trip until just before heading to the airport! Leaving my luggage and having my hands free made my trip so much more comfortable. It was exactly the service I wanted, and the price was reasonable. The responses were quick and friendly from start to finish (almost real-time), and overall, everything went very smoothly. I will definitely use it again when I come to Dubai next time. This service was exactly what I was looking for. Instead of having to go around looking for a place to store my luggage after checking out, I can just send my bags directly from my accommodation to the airport. Communication via WhatsApp was super quick and efficient, and the person who assisted me was incredibly kind and made a great effort to accommodate my needs – I was truly touched. Since I had a night flight, it would have been inconvenient to check out during the day and then return to the accommodation, and going back and forth to a luggage storage facility is a hassle. But by simply sending my bags in the morning, I saved so much time! I was a bit hesitant because there were no reviews, but I highly recommend this to all Koreans. I wish this service would be available in other countries too!!

Exactly what I was looking for - a fuss-free and easy way to “drop and leave” upon arrival. Baggages were collected from us at DXB arrival hall. Pickup handler was patiently waiting for us even though we underestimated the time needed to clear thru DXB airport. It’s huge, took 1 hour. But Pickup handler was monitoring our flight arrival so we were assured. Bags were sealed with security tags at handover and then were delivered exactly at the stated time to our hotel. One thing to note was the bags drop off was to us directly. You need the booking PIN to complete the transaction. Did not attempt drop off to hotel reception. Booking from Klook was directly converted into an app booking. Customer Service Team from BaggageTaxi was always prompt on reply and update.

I requested delivery to the airport. Although the picture shows Gate 6, you can pick it up at Gate 5. The delivery usually arrives close to the reserved time, so if you are booking for airport delivery, please book a little earlier to allow for some extra time.

It was very convenient, and the pick-up at the airport was punctual. The instructions for collecting luggage were also very clear, and picking up the items was very easy. Everything went smoothly, and I'm glad I used this service – it was excellent! When the items were delivered, they made sure everything was locked. They asked on the spot if you needed help unlocking them, and you could unlock them by removing the yellow tag right there!

Thanks to this, I was able to move to the hotel with my hands free and focus on sightseeing.

Storing my luggage before heading to the airport was a problem, but being able to book and use the service on the same day was incredibly convenient and great. Of course, there was a slight mix-up with the pickup, but when I contacted them via WhatsApp, they promptly handled the next steps and did their best to ensure I received my luggage at the airport. Considering the cost and time of going back and forth to the hotel after my schedule, this service seems excellent.
