Cruzeiro Aqua Of The Seas 3D2N: Passeio pela Baía de Ha Long e Baía de Lan Ha

I really enjoyed staying on this cruise for 2 days. You have much more time to relax and enjoy it. One day is otherwise super packed with all kinds of activities. The rooms are big, comfy and the big bathtub to enjoy the sunset is perfect. It is expensive though, but at the end I regret nothing. Worth doing once in your life 👍

We had a great time on the cruise; the service was good, and care and attention were paid to many aspects, such as calling us to join a day trip so we wouldn't miss out when we misunderstood the timing. Also, it was Christmas Eve, and they made that evening extra special with gifts, treats, and a special meal. It is a big cruise, so it can feel like you are being rushed from one item to another, but they still made the whole experience as comfortable as possible in a busy space. Rooms are big and very clean. I deducted stars for the itinerary because I read that if you do 2 nights, you will cruise further away from crowds, but the boat stayed in the Central Area, and many people came and went, so it was very busy. We were one of only 2 couples doing a 2-night stay, so we did not see much outside tourist areas. So, if you are looking for a quieter trip that goes further, this is not a good option. It’s a good option for families and big groups as they are very accommodating.

J'ai vraiment apprécié cette croisière. J'ai réservé le forfait 3 jours/2 nuits et les activités étaient super. J'ai particulièrement aimé les couchers de soleil sur la baie de Ha Long ! C'était aussi super d'avoir mon propre balcon dans la chambre. Le seul inconvénient, en tant que voyageur solo, est que je dois payer le prix fort de la chambre, soit le double du tarif par personne.

Overall we enjoyed the trip but commenting on a few things that we would have liked to know ahead of time: 1. after booking aqua of the seas and booking being accepted, we were told that it was sold out, that we could have a spot on Aqua Luxury, and that we had to pay more for it due to it being “6 stars vs 5 stars”. not end of the world but something I’d like to avoid in the future. 2. likely due to booking via Klook, we did not actually get a balcony and were placed on the top floor where the loud bar is located. not direct fault of booking company SST travel but I would book direct next time if I did it again. 3. on the bus transfer back, the driver saw police and I don’t think they are able to stop in front of hotels in front of them so got stressful to drop off that many passengers quickly and erratically, sometimes circling the block again. everyone was nice but if I did it again I’d just ask them to drop me off somewhere near old quarter and take a grab to hotel to save an hour

We booked this cruise and were kicked off at the marina. We didn't realize we had been booked on another cruise by the same company (Aqua Luxury). So, our cruise was amazing, but neither Klook nor the supplier advised us we would be kicked off until I messaged them when I was told at the marina. Also, I reached out to Klook for support, and they said they escalated it, but I haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. Safe to say this wasn't what I expected and I wouldn't recommend it. Book direct through the cruise company to save yourself the stress.
