This is the first time I've found a snorkeling experience better than scuba diving! Andaman provided excellent service, picking me up from my hotel to the pier, and there were many crew members serving our group. I especially thank Aem; he was my photographer, using a top-of-the-line A7 camera, and he even gave me a GoPro to capture all the amazing photos! We saw sea turtles, baby sharks, and balloon fish! He seemed to know all the habitats of these creatures! I even tried a deep snorkel dive, the deepest in my life! I must join Andaman with friends next time! Don't miss out! Friends, this Andaman tour is even better than a scuba diving tour because they take you to the best snorkeling spots, and they are very familiar with the ecosystem—we saw sea turtles, baby sharks, and coral reefs! They also have professional photographers to help you take pictures and encourage you to explore deeper into the water! Very professional! Don't miss it!

I really have to share this! The driver arrived on time to pick us up from the hotel. The car was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was so strong I almost froze to death 😆. At the pier, all the staff were very enthusiastic, and we even had a Chinese-speaking guide accompanying us on the boat to look after us. They were super friendly to the children, truly highly recommended! The food at the pier was average, but the experience was great! The staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and very caring. Highly recommend++++ We even saw sea turtles. This island is truly beautiful, I highly recommend visiting. I really enjoyed the tour. I didn't expect to see a huge turtle so close. That was incredibly lucky. I even froze for about 3 seconds because I was already getting on board and it seemed like a huge mass was rushing towards me from the surface underwater. I could almost even touch it. Everything happened so fast. It was mystical how close it swam. The guides and organizers were very friendly. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were well organized. Dinner was very tasty. The boat was fast, new, and clean. Everything was great.

Everything was well organized (registration, equipment distribution, route, meals, all civilized). The guides were very responsive and caring, leaving only positive emotions. We were pleased with the unlimited chilled drinks and fruits on the boat. The only downside is that there are a lot of people on the islands, making it quite difficult to take photos like "uninhabited paradise island"

The tour was very well organized with good food and excellent service. I really enjoyed the people. It started 40 minutes late and ended 40 minutes late, which was a minor issue. However, overall, it was good.

Wir haben unseren Ausflug sehr genossen und unser Reiseleiterteam war ausgezeichnet. Generell muss man in der Hauptsache an solchen Sehenswürdigkeiten überall mit großen Menschenmengen rechnen. Für uns hat sich der Tag gelohnt und wir fanden, dass das Unternehmen und das Reiseleiterteam hervorragende Arbeit geleistet haben, um alles und jeden organisiert und im Zeitplan zu halten! Wir haben viele verschiedene Wildtiere gesehen, darunter eine Meeresschildkröte, viele Fische, Schwarzspitzen-Riffhai-Babys und (meiner Meinung nach) einen Waran.

We are extremely thankful to Jump and his team for their exceptional service. From ensuring our safety and comfort to taking special care of our 6-month-old baby, they went above and beyond at every step. Traveling with an infant can be challenging, but they made it smooth, safe, and enjoyable for us. Highly appreciated!

El recorrido fue excelente. Los traslados fueron puntuales y la comida también estuvo buena. Había opciones vegetarianas disponibles, lo cual nos pareció muy agradable. La hospitalidad de la tripulación fue cálida y nos ofrecieron comida, bebidas y rodajas de fruta continuamente durante el viaje. También tomaron buenas fotos. Gracias por la agradable experiencia. Lo único que se podría mejorar es que podrían dar orientación sobre dónde hacer esnórquel para ver ciertas cosas. Desafortunadamente no pudimos ver tortugas marinas y nadie nos guio. Es lo único que dio la sensación de ser un engaño y de haber ido a las prisas, el resto estuvo bien.

This is my first time visiting Andaman. The environment is fantastic with breathtaking scenery, crystal-clear water, and powdery white sand. The tour guide and boat crew provided excellent service throughout the trip; they were very attentive and caring. Breakfast and lunch were included in the tour fee, and the food was decent. After water activities, unlimited drinks and fruits were served on the boat, which was wonderful. The only downside was that the tour group size was too large—there were 41 people in our group along with about 6 to 7 crew members, making the boat very crowded with no room to move around. Also, our shoes were collected when boarding, and we thought they would be returned when we reached the beach, but instead, we had to walk barefoot on mountain trails. It is recommended to pack your own slippers in a bag and keep them with you. Everything else was great.
