This is the third time we've chosen KLOOK to arrange our family vacation, this time to the beautiful Xingyi, Guizhou! The itinerary was very rich, including the famous Wanfenglin, Maling River Canyon, and Wanfeng Lake, as well as cave exploration that the children enjoyed. We even got to experience digging for fossils. Although the weather was occasionally uncooperative and we couldn't go paddleboarding, which was a bit disappointing, the overall travel experience was as good as ever. The staff in the group considered that we were traveling with seniors, helped adjust the plan, actively responded to our needs, and continuously optimized the itinerary. Our driver, Master Wang Zhongjun, was very professional, drove smoothly, prepared fruits and snacks, and actively met our requests. Thanks to Master Wang's thoughtful service, our family had a wonderful May Day holiday. Guizhou is beautiful, and we look forward to visiting again next time!

After I paid on the Klook app, they opened a WeChat group with numerous agents. As the trip approached, they requested our information. Throughout the entire tour, one agent sent me important information and the next day's itinerary every night. They provided details about each attraction I visited, tips, and everything else. Truly very attentive. Also, a big round of applause for our driver, Master Zhang Shiyi (he was practically half tour guide too), for taking us around to eat delicious local specialties. He took the time to introduce and explain many local cultures to us. He tried to fulfill all our requests and even recommended more things to do and eat after our tour ended. The car was very comfortable as well. We had a great time!

出行结束整体感觉不错，我们想要休闲不赶的行程，安排的总体来说还是不错的，而且体验了小众的探洞，还是很有意思的，有两晚的高奢民宿体验很好，管家提醒各种要准备的东西也很细节，司机刘凯老弟话不多但是人很好，一路上给我们提供周到的服务，有一天晚上民宿没饭了，多亏他回来接我们去吃饭了。下面说一点需要改进的部分。首先民宿推荐给客人还是要先了解一下实地去看一看的，我们有一天的民宿实在太差了，严重货不对板，插座有问题，浴缸没热水，设施老旧，一屋子苍蝇，跟前后两天的民宿天壤之别！还有就是有些细节还需要再做做细，我们第一晚民宿到晚上七八点就没饭了，并且周边几公里内没有饭馆，如果司机没来接我们就要饿肚子了！像这种问题还是要提前告知，方便安排时间。探洞给我们买了保险但是还应该有一份户外的保险，没有告诉我们，是进洞之前向导找我们签的。签的我们一脸懵。还有探洞照片选片，给我们的链接也不对，如果我们不问清楚我们的底片就从一百多张变20张了。总的来说就是大毛病没有，但是小细节还是有一些问题，让我们多少有些闹心，希望能更好一些。总体4星评价

His explanations were vivid and engaging, introducing us to the Bai and Naxi cultures and the local scenery in an easy-to-understand way, which greatly enriched our experience. It was a very pleasant trip. @Travel Consultant Luby was very patient in revising the itinerary again and again. We have cooperated twice and are very satisfied. He thoughtfully prepared hiking poles for the elderly and water guns for the children, both of which came in very handy.
