We had an absolutely fantastic time on the combined Mangrove and Island Hopping tour. The entire staff was professional and friendly, but our guide, especially for the Mangrove portion in Kilim Geoforest Park, was exceptional! He was incredibly knowledgeable, pointing out rare wildlife and explaining the ecosystem with passion and detail. The trip felt well-organized, safe, and truly personalized. Highly recommend if you want a deep, informative dive into the natural beauty with a team that genuinely cares about the experience.

This was a great experience. I booked for 2 people and it was worth the money. First, we did the mangrove tour which starts at 9 am and ends before 1 pm. Another driver picked us up from the mangrove place to take us island hopping from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. The only critique I have is that our driver was supposed to drop us off at a restaurant for lunch before getting to the island hopping place, but we didn't get that chance. On the other hand, during the island tour, there is a great restaurant on one of the islands that sells freshly pressed juice and great food! Overall, the experience was great. We also had the opportunity to swim at the beach and see the caves. I recommend you bring snacks and water as these are not provided.

The itinerary includes hotel pick-up, followed by an island tour without disembarking. Afterwards, lunch will be served on board at your own expense. In the afternoon, we will visit three different islands, with 30 minutes to an hour of free time at each. Highly recommended.

It was a very good and wonderful trip, totally worth it, and my family really loved the place too.

I requested a pick-up from another hotel in the Kuah area, and they happily agreed without any extra charge. In the morning, we were taken for the mangrove tour, and in the afternoon, we were taken for island hopping. One thing to remember is to bring small change because the toilets cost RM 1. My suggestion is to eat at the fish farm restaurant (even though it's not cheap) during the mangrove tour, as there won't be any other stops for food after that, and you'll go straight to island hopping. I am very satisfied with this package.

Everything was great! We had a lovely time - the process was smooth and seamless - including the hotel pickup and drop-off.

This was a good tour; however, the time taken exceeded what was mentioned in the itinerary. I would recommend carrying some food with you, as most islands had run out of food by the time we arrived. The travel to and from was convenient, and the driver was polite. Recommended tour.

Hotel to activity transfer and back drop is excellent. Mangrove island tour operator and guide good, however island hopping operator is horrible. Wasted 1 hour for trip start and covered 1 island less than itinerary.

I made a reservation the day before and specified a pickup location that wasn't a hotel, as it stated that pickups within a 3km radius were free. The night before, I received a call from the operator saying that the pickup location had been changed to a hotel, and the time had also changed. While waiting at the hotel on the morning of the tour, I received a call from the driver, who said he was waiting at the original location. After explaining my communication with the operator, he said "OK" and came to pick me up at the hotel. It seems the operator changed the location and time but didn't inform the driver. After that, we went on a mangrove tour in the morning, but at the reception, we were the only ones not checked in simultaneously, got separated from others on the same tour, and were even denied participation in the tour. We managed to join another tour, but worried about not being able to participate in the afternoon island hopping, I contacted the operator and the driver to explain the situation. It seemed we were the only ones for the afternoon tour, so a different driver came to pick us up and took us island hopping. During the island hopping, we traveled a considerable distance by boat. The Lake of the Pregnant Maiden we arrived at was dirty, and we couldn't go in. We stopped at a fish farm for 45 minutes for lunch while visiting about three islands, but it was so crowded that there were no seats, and we spent the time in the scorching sun without being able to eat. We finished the island hopping tour and returned to the hotel without hardly getting into the sea, and by the end of the day, we were exhausted. We also paid entrance fees for the Bat Cave and to enter the Lake of the Pregnant Maiden, as they were not included in the tour price. We also couldn't use the restrooms without small local currency. I thought everything was included in the tour price, so I was surprised when I had to pay locally. Ultimately, it was good that we managed to visit our intended destinations for the day, but instead of this tour, transportation by Grab would have been sufficient, and it seems the mangrove tour could have been booked directly as a standalone tour. Island hopping might require a tour since it involves traveling by boat. Because we booked this tour, we couldn't go at our own pace, wasted time on transfers, and were left wondering about the schedule of when and where we would be picked up, which was unnecessarily tiring. The experience wasn't bad, but it was the worst I've had so far.
