Cruzeiro Grand Pioneer 3D2N: Passeio pela Baía de Ha Long e Baía de Lan Ha

We made the best decision picking Grand Pioneers II (the newer ship) after seeing other boats in Halong Bay. From pick up near the hotel , transfer to the boat, itinerary (if you wanted to do any), the food, our butler Lam, the services were all outstanding. Great experience and value for money. Very highly recommended.

Very satisfied with this trip and highly recommend the 3-day, 2-night itinerary. If time and budget permit, you definitely should choose the 3-day, 2-night option! I deducted one star because the room type did not have a full outside window view, and the itinerary description didn't make this very clear—we only found out after boarding that the room couldn't fully see outside. It would be better if the description on Klook could be clearer. Additionally, the activities on the boat differed from what was described on Klook, but fortunately, they visited more spots than stated, including the famous Top Top Island. Overall, still highly recommended! The service on board was unforgettable.

Even though we were transferred to the Sea Star Cruise, we were very satisfied with their accommodating staff. They were very hospitable people. The food was very nice, from breakfast to dinner. Their rooms have balconies and very quiet, comfortable beds. You won't regret staying for 3 days and 2 nights on these cruise ships. It was a very wonderful experience.

Maddie has been amazing at helping us organise everything. Management and staff at Grand Pioneer 2 have been just the best. Our waiter Boo was absolutely amazing at taking care of us. We highly recommend doing the 3days 2nights cruise :)

Estamos muy satisfechos con los servicios prestados en el crucero, especialmente porque se nos asignó personal específico para atendernos durante todas las comidas y el personal estuvo realmente atento a nuestras necesidades. Los itinerarios planificados también fueron perfectos, ni demasiado apretados ni agitados. El único comentario es que la conexión a internet era bastante mala, por lo que no pudimos ver YouTube, etc. Sería excelente si hubiera televisión por cable disponible en el barco.

Hij kon mijn behoeften en verwachtingen aanpakken om mijn reis persoonlijker te maken, terwijl het aanbod van Klook zo beperkend en niet meegaand was. Halong Bay was zo mooi en een 3D2N-reis kon ons nauwelijks genoeg laten verkennen. Maar je zult er geen spijt van krijgen om daarheen te gaan met een luxe cruise met goed geregelde maaltijden, activiteiten en excursies. Het zou beter kunnen zijn als we niet steeds weer grotten bezoeken, maar langer op sommige stranden blijven.

Everything is as good as it looks in the pictures. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The itinerary was good. You can also choose to stay on the boat if you don’t want to participate.

We had an incredible experience on the Grand Pioneer for three days and two nights. The services were impeccable, and the food was exquisite, with each meal meticulously prepared. A special thank you goes to Aaron for arranging our transportation from and to Hanoi. We truly appreciate everything, Aaron.

Overall, a great experience! My husband and I had a lovely time on the boat and saw some great views! The food on the main boat was great!
