The staff were all very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. There were Taiwanese staff and also non-Taiwanese staff who could speak simple Chinese. Our five-year-old, who can't swim, also had a fantastic time. The children all said that this experience was the best part of the trip.

Because I watched a certain YouTube video, I carefully selected: 1) Boat diving (definitely don't let the stairs prevent you from snorkeling; it might just be rough waves near the shore); 2) Shop meeting point with parking available. Don't be silly and get stuck in traffic trying to park near the stairs. Also, because my husband is a bit overweight, some companies don't even accept people over 100kg for snorkeling. I scrolled through all the Klook Okinawa snorkeling terms, and because I have children, Pink Mermaid attracted me the most because even 1-year-olds can participate. My two children aren't that young, but the fact that even 1-year-olds can join made me feel very good. In reality, you only need to arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting point. The place is very clean, and communication in Mandarin/English is possible. The children really enjoyed it. From getting into their car to boarding the boat and then getting into the water, the children had a very relaxed 45 minutes of fun. They took many photos for us. I'm even thinking if I should do it again before leaving~

What an absolutely incredible experience! The staff were all so amazing and so good with kids. We had the best time, all of my kids said 10/10. We will be back again, very, very happy with the friendliness and the photos taken. I just can’t recommend these guys enough; they especially took care of my toddler and made him feel safe.

The coach is very patient, young, and energetic! 💕 He's great with kids! Plus, he takes photos and videos very diligently. After diving, you can get the photos and videos from the memory card, which is excellent service. Super happy! 💕💕💕

The diving spot is beautiful and the water quality is excellent. The main selling point is that children can participate, as they are provided with floats and life jackets. However, while ensuring the children's safety, they might not be able to fully focus on seeing the fish. The preparation time is long, and the actual time in the water feels relatively short, not quite enough.

Hermosa experiencia, aunque mi hijo de 6 años entró en pánico cuando subimos al bote. El personal lo manejó con cuidado y nos facilitó disfrutar de nuestro recorrido. ¡Tomaron fotos increíbles! La única preocupación fue la tarifa adicional del bote. Aunque está listada bajo otra información, ¡debería hacerse más visible y especificar que es solo en efectivo!

The children's goggles were quite deep, requiring angle adjustment to see the bottom clearly. The service was friendly and enthusiastic, and there were many fish.

店家沖澡設備、人員服務都很好，也是可以看到魚，願意提供小小孩的體驗服務也是很難得，還幫忙拍了很多照片，是本身已看過太多風景所以相較起來有點無感了。另外小小孩年紀太小，只顧著玩水，只是把大海當游泳池而已，根本沒在看魚，也因此會影響大人的體驗，建議至少快5歲的小朋友再嘗試就好
