We did a private tour with Kimu to the Osaka castle. He was a great guide - full of information and very easy to understand

This was such a wonderful tour. Kimu was our tour guide. He gave us great directions for our meeting place and was there early, just like us. We started our tour and he shared so much history with us! He even gave us recommendations for some other great spots to check out during the rest of our time in Japan. If you have a chance, we highly recommend him.

Amazing experience. Our guide was fantastic. Could not have asked for a more friendly and lovely guide. Gave us so much information and I felt it was really good value for money. It was a private tour so went at the pace we wanted to. While still making sure we saw everything.

Our guide, Kimu, was incredibly kind and patient. It was a very informative time as they answered questions and genuinely engaged in the tour well past the estimated time. The weather was very hot, and they seemed to be struggling, so I hope they take care of their health. Kimu, you are the best!!!!!

I liked the experience we had with our guide Haru. It seemed to me that her plan for our Osaka Castle journey showed her considerate side. One may be tempted to power through all items on display, but we were able to take the route of least effort, view every item with additional explanation and taking rests in the middle. I regret that we turned down some of her suggestions, while feeling happy that she asked instead of forcing decisions upon us. The non-intrusive hospitality here was top-notch and shouldn't be downplayed. I felt like she was capable of offering much more than what we experienced, only for us to clarify beforehand what we would like to see to make magic happen. I'd recommend this trip anytime!

The guide was very knowledgeable and managed to get myself and another person in the group through the crowds in the hot Osaka summer. Not the best value given the cost, but valuable for those who hate the queues that go with museums and historical artifact tours.

Kimu was an amazing guide, he was very knowledgeable about Osaka Castles’ history and Japan itself. Would highly recommend!

有了專人導覽，才會更了解。不然已經來了三次，都只有拍照。

導遊人滿友善的，雖然選擇中文導覽但是我聽不太懂導遊的中文，可能也因為語言隔閡，導覽過程歷史沒有說的太多。全程共2小時，導遊也帶我們去最佳拍照地點及回程地鐵。附上回程路過的臺中包子店～味道還可以。
