I recently visited the massage after booking via Klook. While the treatment was exceptional, the administrative process needs improvement. Booking & Arrival I scheduled a 19:30 session, but the booking remained unconfirmed. Despite calling ahead and being told to come in, the reservation auto-canceled. Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted and waited at the counter until noticed. Due to the system glitch, my session started 10 minutes late. Better synchronization with Klook would prevent this unnecessary friction. Ambiance & Service The shop is impeccably clean, though this branch feels slightly small. The experience improved significantly starting with the foot-washing ritual, which was very well-executed. Therapist Highlight My therapist, Khun Petch, was fantastic (10/10). She is highly skilled and shared insights into her techniques, making the session both relaxing and professional. I would return specifically for her expertise.

Thai Thai massage has many branches. This was my first time at the Phrom Phong 22 branch. The entrance is beautifully decorated, so you definitely won't miss it when you pass by. The service attitude is good, and the masseuses are very dedicated, especially the lady who massaged my husband. Overall, it's satisfactory.

The masseuse was young and had a great attitude, and was able to adjust the massage intensity. After the massage, you can take a shower, then head to the airport feeling refreshed and comfortable.
