Our guide lhoussin was absolutely amazing! He made our visit to the Secret Garden and the Ben Youssef Madrasa unforgettable with his deep knowledge, engaging stories, and warm personality. He gave us plenty of time to explore, answered all our questions with enthusiasm, and truly brought Marrakech’s history and culture to life. We couldn’t recommend him more!

Amazing experience, locations we'd walked past for days we would not know existed if our guide hadn't shown us, definitely good to do this tour on one of your first days in Marrakesh so you have more of an understanding of the place/culture/history. We had an absolutely amazing experience with our guide Yassine from start to finish. From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable and familiar, as if we were exploring Marrakech with a good friend. He guided us through the Medina with great knowledge and care, taking us to a Berber pharmacy where we were warmly welcomed. What impressed us most was that the staff explained everything in detail, encouraged us to simply learn and enjoy the experience, and made it clear there was no obligation to buy. They even shared valuable advice on how to recognize authentic products and avoid fake ones in other places, something we truly didn’t expect, and it showed how genuine and trustworthy the experience was. We also visited the stunning Islamic school, which was both beautiful and full of history. To end the tour, we asked Yassine to accompany us to the Secret Garden, where we could relax and enjoy more time at our own pace, including a lovely meal at the restaurant inside.

Would highly recommend this tour, Abdessamd was very knowledgeable about the history of Marrakech and Morocco and was flexible as to what parts of the city we wanted to see and also let us have time to look around at our leisure. He wasn’t concerned about timings so it didn’t feel rushed. He was so helpful giving us advice and escorted us to a Moroccan restaurant at the end of the tour. Great value for money and a great introduction to the medina and city as a whole! Shukran!
